yes lion absolutely lives in the same apartment that beatrice had still - if you want Diavolo to have a significant landmark to go "oh yeah that might be the right room", i've been playing it as the wall next to the door still has some signs of a guy being thrown through it despite the plaster having been fixed. (like, that typical "there was clearly a hole here that has been filled in but the paint doesn't quite match" look.)

lion would also probably panic and try to give him something in return on sight. that's how christmas works for everyone else in ryslig, right???

you're going to catch him in an infinite loop of "being forced to give return presents". now he has to buy lion presents??? can't believe this. i love it though!!! i just want them to meet any way possible tbh. rping with you sounds very fun

yeah i've been wracking my brain for excuses for them to meet for ages, both because diavolo should have more friends against his will (and i have been chomping at the bit for A Fuzz Thread), and also because lion having a fairly positive opinion on the pink man group would add years onto my life. they already got doppio, now it's time for the other one [beegun emote]

given diavolo's bizarre friendship(???????) with beatrice i feel like he would definitely start with a tentatively positive opinion on lion right out the door. like, yes beatrice is a Freak but also her taste in people is top tier, source: she likes(????) him and doppio. so, clearly there is something good about lion, and thus they will be offered All the Respect.
