after (reads writing on hand) like six months since i initially brought this up, giorno is going to be initiating an interest meeting for the neutral faction™ aka antigod squad. i'll be posting about this on the ooc comm as well but it is going to probably be towards the end of the month, after the midmonth event. he will be sending out individual messages and there will also be a mingle-ish log. it will be ""open"" in the sense that he is going to work from his most trusted circle outward in terms of invitations; what this means oocly is that if we can come up with a justification for your character to be there, even if it is hella flimsy, then they get an invite, babey. trying to include as many people as possible within the confines of my character's stupid paranoia. again that ooc post will be up later in the month with more info tho!!
