:D he'd likely reach out to javert independently, having been at least a little bit curious about him as a vampire and beyond that javert is obviously one of the more vocal and active presences on the peninsula so he wants to know what javert is about and what his plans are. if he's going to try and get involved with monster society might as well start from the top heheh.

he's also willing to let javert decide where to meet as a gesture, because even though he is a terrible example of elven culture he's used to playing the game and offering to let a stranger you're inviting to meet choose the location is a gesture of trust and respect in elf culture~
