CASS!!! I feel like we're slowly transfiguring to somewhere negative, but at the same time, Javert does think well of Cass, and I'm convinced he thinks of her as a better, more optimistic person than himself. He's just let himself fall further. Falling a little means falling wholesale, so why not just plunge into the depths? What does it matter?

I also have to find out about Varian's involvement with this plot through Cass, if that's okay! Do you have a thread in the log I can hit you up at? Or maybe the network? Or i could write a starter for us!
