AM's conversation with Greed clued him into the fact that "Silver" is affiliated with the Nest, but that's about it. He sees nothing wrong with what he did to punish Stocke, because wow he deserved it!!!! In fact, AM should have done a lot more. The only reason he didn't is because the Fog God had plans for him, so he kind of grumbled about it. The thing is, AM is also mad that he himself was fooled. He should have seen it coming, but he didn't because he was too caught up in attempting to earn favor with the Fog God. It's not that he cares so much about Dyster or the Fog God - it's his pride. And Stocke has hurt his pride. :c Also AM's slipups tend to result in catastrophic things so he is a bit sensitive about that.
AM also has a grudgeboner
emphasis on boner okay noagainst Greed (well, it's more complicated than that - he sees Greed as both useful and as a menace) so that would naturally extend to Stocke as well.no subject
Sounds about right
On Stocke's part, he would... probably actually agree to the whole "he deserved it" thing, at least from AM's point of view! They are enemies so far as god alliances go, he was a spy, he attacked the Fog's home base, etc etc. He expected retaliation if he got caught. The thing that's made him wary is that rather than just killing him, AM seemed to enjoy torturing him for the sake of it. Stocke normally doesn't talk about... well, anything; he has people he's not fond of among the Nesters that he hasn't told his best friend about, to let him form his own opinions. But Stocke's impression of AM sets off enough red flags that he has warned some people about him one-on-one, when it came up.
And has his own hateboner during CAH gamesI think were he to run into AM again knowing it's AM, his first reaction would be to flinch, and then he'd be even more pissed about that. He definitely has a grudge, both normally and as a shade; the latter means he's itching to revenge himself somehow but he's put it on the backburner for now. Fortunately/unfortunately, he... probably still has no idea AM's a demon now! I think he'd recognize AM were he to see him in his normal form, but since his only encounter since AM changed was gigantic Fog form with entirely different facial features...
ON THAT NOTE AM managed to fuck Stocke up more than he might have expected what with carving "Traitor" into him! Pain is one thing (even if torture has the added bonus of powerlessness), nightmares and flinch reactions are another, but that kind of stuff Stocke's used to - being a traitor, on the other hand, is a particular sore spot to him given canon. There were a long couple of months where he was trying to convince himself he should be proud of how AM scarred him up out of spite, but he just... couldn't, he hated it. It's covered in Stocke's Djav tattoo now, but he still remembers.

I'm sure if Stocke saw him in his normal non-fog form, he might recognize him because the face and hair are the same for the most part - except a darker color on both counts. And AM would probably recognize him as the asshole traitor who wounded his pride. This definitely needs to happen at some point too.
