NAME: Momo
CHARACTERS: Draco Malfoy (alphaophiuchi)
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Draco is a bit of a twit, a teenager, and a former wizard turned naga. He tends to have bad self-esteem (though he's working on it) and still manages to judge people for silly things even after all he's been through. That said, he also knows how to endear himself to people and that's what counts here.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Currently, he's working on building up Viper Cosmetics (a naga-based cosmetic company) and he's seriously thinking about figuring out if he can get his magic back from Mana, even if it's in very tiny bits at a time. He'll also be helping his boyfriend, Robbie, with a funereal business, and is having Espurr move in with them.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I'd love for Draco to start making more friends around his age or a little older. I'd also like to do more with Viper Cosmetics, in terms of customers and really getting it out there. I'm also very much open to ideas, if anyone has something they'd like to explore with him.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS:

Roland is a Gunslinger (Arthurian Knights but with guns). He's a dick sometimes, an idiot other times, and a good guy when he wants to be. He sees ka in every stone, and will go on, at length, about ka and the Tower if you let him.

Magus is a whole bag of dicks. He's an unrepentant asshole. I mean, yeah, to some extent there are reasons for how he acts, but... he's an asshole. He loves cats though and will bond with people over cats. And because he stopped aging emotionally when he was around 8, he actually tends to have better cr with kids because they're about the same age emotionally.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING:

Roland will be avoiding the heat as much as he can, although he'll be out as a human sometimes just because human form = no fur coat = can survive the day right now. He's also (thanks to Asaka) been thinking a lot about his past. Because apparently the whole "let's just accept things as they are and shut the door on it and never think on it again" thing isn't healthy.

Magus will be turning into a lich and be creeping on other monster forms to see what they can do. He'll also be exploring his new form and abilities. And still try to figure out what Schala needs him to be, which is Not An Evil Dick, but he doesn't get it.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN:

Roland: I'd like more things that show him how different other worlds are from the one he was raised in. He still looks at a lot of things through In-World views, despite how long ago he really left that part of his life, and it's nice challenging him to see that things aren't always like that.

Magus: I'd like to make him a friend, but I have no idea how to do that (beyond Mitsuhide going 'nope, we're friends and we're going to a show') and no idea who'd be willing to actually put up with him for a while. I also want him to find something new to obsess over, since liches will find something new to obsess over that will make them forget obsessions from life.

I'm also open to anything for either of them.

ANYTHING ELSE: Magus gives no fucks about the whole cannibalism thing. So he'll be blunt about it if it's brought up. I have two tagging speeds: boomerang and "tomorrow" (tho I hate having tags more than a couple days old). And I have a plurk if you want to add me.

NAME: Joc
CHARACTERS: Sandrath aka Xander
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: A former arch-angel who was abandoned by his prior species and returned the favor by betraying them. He was enjoying his new life as a fallen arch-angel until his old mentor showed up. Their reunion didn't go well. Not long after that, he ends up at Ryslig as a human before turning in to a shade.

He currently works as a carpenter (most of his work can be seen in Sanctuary & Vandare) and a bouncer/enforcer/occasional overseer at the Devil's Nest in Djävulenstad. San was aligned with the 4th god back in April 2015, which lasted for several months before he broke ties after an event involving a friend from home. He's currently neutral and not interested in joining either side despite having a rune from the mountain god. He can usually be found around Vandare, Djävulenstad or Sanctuary.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Working and still not pleased with the gods for turning people in to angels/Nephilim. He'll be "celebrating" his "birthday" & 3 year anniversary near the end of the month.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I'm usually game for positive or negative type scenarios. Interactions or confrontations from 4th God followers or others who have a rune from the mountain god or have become angels/Nephilim. Possibly bonding with any other supernatural beings (previously or currently adjusting to their new changes), but that might go awry depending on his mood at the time.

ANYTHING ELSE: I have an Opt-Out Post for him, if you're not comfortable with him discussing morbid or sexual things. As for my tagging schedule, I try to get to them as soon as I can (afternoons to late night, central timezone/CST) but I've been slower due to working from my tablet while I work on getting my computer repaired. Revi | Raynie & Hamel

NAME: Revi

CHARACTERS: Raynie (this journal) and Hamel (abhero)

Raynie is a cheerful young woman without much tact, fiercely loyal to the ones she trusts. She used to be a mercenary and has been fighting her entire life, which she's sick of. She just wants to live normal, peaceful life for a change – and of course gets none of that in Ryslig.

Hamel is a selfish, greedy, abrasive asshole. Technically a world-saving hero but with a personality so awful you'd think he's one of the bad guys. Hides a secret heart of gold somewhere, but you'd have to dig REALLY deep and who knows if he hadn't pawned it off already.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING:
Raynie is a gargoyle will be getting her final mandatory changes this month. I also want her to get the ability to influence humans and have go it spectacularly wrong because she doesn't bother to watch her mouth.

Hamel will get his first pooka changes after a month of denying it's gonna happen, so he won't take it well. He will also find a way to abuse the hell out of it to pick on people and make money.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN:
Raynie: More friends! She doesn't always think things through and will get worse about it in Ryslig because it's awful and you can disappear at any second, so YOLO. I'd love her find people to do stupid reckless thing with. Also more responsible people to tell her NOT to do the stupid thing. ~Adventures~ of any sort are always fun.

Hamel:
• Negative CR: The default with Hamel tbh. It's super easy with him and always fun. Silly prank wars, mutual hatefests, serious stuff, it all goes.
• Friends: I'd love for him to make at least a couple. He works best with kind forgiving types, chill people who'll ignore his temper instead of pushing back, or equally awful people he can bond with over bring a greedy asshole. He's also good for coxing quiet, shy types out of their shells by getting them into stupid shenanigans.
• Monster stuff: Hamel is half-human half-mazoku who wants to be human, so he has a buttload of issues about being a monster even without Ryslig. He's a unique existence in his world and used to be hated for it, so it'd be interesting to find people he can empathize with/help him with it.

ANYTHING ELSE: My plurk is sillysymphony. I'm a slow tagger because of timezones and usually busier on weekends.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: he's a warlord from a medieval world, thinks everything can be solved with murder, has definitely committed some war crimes, is a half-changed arachne, and will basically kill anybody. he is bad and a dick and no one should be friends with him. that said, he has the ability to sound like a reasonable person and thinks of player characters as all being on the same team by default. he does not really know what people need or want, but he will attempt to provide it if the answer seems obvious in the moment.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Arthas is convinced he is going to kill the gods or escape, whichever comes first. He has a shounen protagonist's ability to never give up and always believe in himself, so he is literally gonna keep throwing himself at this until it works.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: DO YOU WANNA GET MURDERED? seriously, do you want to? he'll murder you, for free.
he is going to make some expeditions to ryslig's borders, if anyone wants to be on a boat.

Inigo | Lucas & Josh

NAME: Inigo
CHARACTERS: Lucas Baker (1019) and Josh Washington (goregies)
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS:

Lucas is a vampire who came to Ryslig out of three (exciting!) years living with his Louisiana household of cannibalistic serial murderers. He has a prodigious knack for engineering; the mind of a playful but bullying ten-to-twelve-year-old; the intellect, skillset, and tastes of a Jigsaw understudy; the ego of a Roman emperor; and no chill, and has been loving living in a place (or, well, subculture!) where morbidity, violence, and a degree of lawlessness are somewhat the norm without his parents keeping him low on the food chain!

Josh is a faerie horror-and-film aficionado, college dropout, and party kid who came to Ryslig at a bit of a rough spot, so to speak! He can be a bit neurotic underneath being too cagey in one field and too flippantly irreverent in another, but he's a genuinely friendly and sociable fellow who likes to be able to contribute to a positive atmosphere and see others taken care of.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING:

Lucas does essentially nothing but screw around, and this month he's going to keep on doing him and prowl around for targets and building components, tinker (he owes two people besides himself weapons!), and spoil himself with such things as booze on occasion even though he doesn't have a proper frickin' job. (He also might burn a few things/cause a few explosions on the Fourth, for that is what you do on that day.) OOCly, meanwhile, I hope to steer him down the path to going Fog-aligned this month - though he essentially reels away hissing from anything that looks like it might involve someone getting in your head, he has (if subconsciously) taken it to heart that the Fog God is responsible for bringing in, keeping in, and turning characters, none of which he'd like undone.

Josh learned through Marco that he missed a window of time to maybe-reunite with his best friend from canon, which, for particularly complicated reasons, has put him into a funk - which he might be able to start to fight when, courtesy of Lorraine's player, he'll be coming across and re-occupying the Washington lodge from canon; expect him to put out an open invitation for a house re-warming party and for him to invite housemates (it's a sizable and quite-nice place)! He'll also be getting the ability to shrink and induce amnesia this month, and access to his Fog form.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: There is nothing I'm not open to hearing out for both of them! In particular, I love playing anything with Lucas that he can get a bit intense about in either a positive or negative sense (whether it's clashing furiously with, getting his ego stomped by, or high amounts of tension between himself and others; subjecting them to Evil Bugs Bunny schemes; gettin' wild and whole-hog self-indulgently unwinding; or other), and so anything that might stick would be wonderful with him, positive or negative (with negative llllllikely to be easier, as not only does he have a bit of an over-the-top personality and zero scruples, he's a bit petty and easily-ruffled); while Josh is great for more benevolent mischief and goofing off with people within his own age range, either trying to semi-to-uncomfortable kick it with people above it or snnnneakily do things they might not approve of, and stretching his eldest brother instincts toward those under it.

All of that said, I am interested in anything that might help facilitate Lucas going Fog - though he'll likely resist anything that looks like knowing attempt to convince him - exposure to the benefits and/or being given reason to feel particularly threatened by the Fourth God might get him to cave; and I do hope Josh's invitation gets multiple bites!

For the most part, however, I'll be thrilled to hear anything anyone might have in mind in terms of good, clean CR-building!

ANYTHING ELSE: Both Lucas and Josh are from very spoil-able canons that contain a few unpleasant themes as horror games are wont to! As such, they both have screened opt-out posts in their journals. CHARACTERS: Liquid Snake and Wrench

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Liquid: The angry clone son of the 'greatest soldier of the 21st century' and basically a career soldier. He's mellowed out a little here, but only a little. He's a merman and he's adjusted pretty well to it, at least, and he's a follower of the Fourth god even if he works more in the background with that sort of thing. He was a conduit once, though.

Wrench: A pointy anarchist hacker engineer who's got a weird relationship with technology. He's super funny and outgoing... as long as he's wearing his mask. He's actually kind of awkward and insecure and he lashes out at people without it... and he kind of needs to take it off to eat people. He's a wendigo and he's taking his changes in stride.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Liquid: He doesn't really have anything specific he's going to be doing other than just Living. He's about as adjusted as it's possible for Liquid Snake to get, so I kinda have to see what kind of events'll be going on. For now while it's really hot, he's going to be hanging out around the water because he's not as immune to the elements as he used to be, he's discovered.

Wrench: Being dead! He's still got some changes to go, but he's pretty much a non-furry zombie deer. He's working on trying to hack the network and figure out how to make the computers suck less... but he needs to get a new laptop to smash because he's kind of grown attached to the one he's already got. He squats in an old apartment and does freelance fixing shit work for the time being.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Liquid: I would like to get him more involved with god stuff, for the most part. Other than that, I just need him to do more stuff this time around, haha.

Wrench: At some point I want him to not realize he's got his weakness to fire until he sets something on fire and finds out the hard way, which will make him want to get that particular weakness changed. I definitely want to do stuff with him trying to work on the computers, too! RYSLIG CHAPTER OF DEDSEC, LET'S GO. HACKER TEAM. He can turn the shitty apartment he squats in into a hackerspace. Let's get that ASCII dick onto the network.

NAME: Katar
CHARACTERS: Nagisa Shingetsu
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Nagisa is a ten year old prodigy who was terribly abused and therefore hates pretty much every adult ever. To the point of attempting adult genocide back home with his friends. LUCKILY, he doesn't have the means to do that in Ryslig, and he had some issues with that plan anyway. He cares deeply about the well-being, safety, and happiness of other children, to the point that he can be kind of a nagging mother hen. Most of the time he's calm, cool, and collected which, when combined with his intelligence, gives off an impression of maturity. This is not always the case, however, and he actually becomes very emotional and immature if pushed the right way. He also likes reading and other nerdy pursuits. In Ryslig, he is a nymph! And he really loves being a nymph, so he's quickly becoming more plant than person. In more than just his appearance, even. He's also a Fog Follower and he loves Fog Mom a lot, even if he denies the fact that she's anything like a mom.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: He and Jataro are going to try cleaning up/repairing the real-world Dyster with the intent of turning it into a Children-Only Paradise but they're going to give up on that within a few weeks, since that Dyster is Hella Haunted and taking human children there is a very bad idea. Other than that, I don't really have any plans for him this month. So he'll probably just be hanging out in Lager Woods/by the Lake/wandering around being a wild plant child. And trying to figure out an alternative location for Children's Paradise Take Two. If anyone wants to hear The Good Word Of Fog God, he's available for that. He's still trying to keep his alignment mostly under wraps, but if people are actually genuinely interested in converting, he'll be more open about it. If you need a logically presented argument for why the Fog God is Not That Bad, Nagisa is your kid.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Still slowly but surely trying to get him to a point where he's more okay with/less scared of adults and is actually capable of trusting them. But I'm also down for the opposite: adults who fall in line with his expectations meaning he'll pretty much hate them forever. Though I will say that he's not super antagonistic most of the time (he'll get sassy on the internet but that's about it), so this route might be a little tricky if your character is ALSO the type not to go out of their way to antagonize. I'm also interested in having him get to know more Fog Followers. Also, I'd like for him to start doing more with his medicinal plants, but I'm not quite sure how to go about it just yet. But honestly, I'm down for anything. Toss an idea my way and I'll probably go with it because I love throwing this child at people.

CHARACTERS: Soeki Halloway-Crowe (soon to be Hampton-Crowe)
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Soeki is a ""doctor"" running the current only monster-run clinic on Ryslig along with an actual doctor (thank god). He's irreverent, sarcastic, and generally kind of an asshole who has way too many internet arguments about stupid shit. He's not an asshole with a heart of gold, more like an asshole with a heart of... idk fool's gold? A gold-plated heart? He tries to be an Upstanding Citizen but often falls short because who knew being a necromancer soul bonded to a demon from hell for four years would fuck with your sense of morality.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: He's getting married at the end of August to Oliver Hampton, so he's currently running the clinic, partly running Uchiha and Romanoff Investigations, and dealing with wedding planning. He's also 2 months in to a 4 month demon temporary change and his Bad Thoughts are going to start slipping into Bad Actions as his demon wickedness ramps up.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I'm always interested in clinic-related CR! If you need patching up, come see him sometime. I also love faux older brother type interactions, though he only tends to be good with the weird kids. I'd also love god-related conflicts with foggies or fellow fourthies (he's the worst fourthie ever). The clinic is also still hiring nurses and general staff.

NAME: Usagi
CHARACTERS: Espurr, Noa Kaiba, Loki, Reira Akaba
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Espurr is a former pokemon whose favorite pasttime appears to be chalk-skating and Being Right; she's neutral, and a Troll who recently finished everything but Fog Mode in terms of changes.

Noa Kaiba is a manticore who THINKS that by this fog he's done, but boy is he in for a SHITTY SURPRISE. He's a Tier 3 Fog follower and the manager of Liewen Lab's Second Branch, which is going pretty well thus far... ...Also has a small menagerie. Both he and Espurr are 12.

Loki, from the lovely game Bayonetta 2, is one of the few resident slimes in Ryslig now and is basically a pile of goo. Is he Fog? Is he Neutral? We just don't know right now, because if he switched sides immediately he didn't tell anyone. Right now he lives in the no-longer-present Flame Princess' treehouse with Egon, and is now working as part of Light's taskforce. Loki is 14

Reira is an 9 year old kelpie, and stands at an awkawrd 5'6 right now. She's a tier 3 4th Follower, and a rather dedicated one to boot. She lives near "smelly Lake Dala" in what's known as the 'Hill House' which is basically a hobbit hole with Even More Cool Shit. Also she has wings so that's a thing.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Espurr will be moving into Robbie and Draco's house later in the month, after dealing with an awkward hunger situation with food and NPC families, and is otherwise Quite Free for Anything.

Noa in the meantime is the opposite; while he'll be around online, he's got some irons in the fire that he's dealing with for most of the month...but then again he DID finally regain access to his penthouse. Also, late month he's going to find out he wasn't quite done with changes and still has to become quadrupedal. Sucks buddy.

Loki is FREE AS CAN BE! He'll be slowly clearing up the slime, and by the end of the month you should see his nucleus...more importantly, he'll be defining his shape as time passes! Oh and becoming hungry. That too. But hey, he's also a cop, so someone let him catch you?

Reira is back and forth; for the first two weeks of July, people will find her cleaning up the park (I've altered the dates to better reflect this), late in the night and being sneaky. What's this all about? Well, you'll find out on the 15th.... ...Beyond that, she'll probably have a Mana Quest to work on, AND in general kinda lives in a psuedo half-way house so if anyone needs a place to say, she'll offer.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Espurr as a whole has a fair variety of CR, but when it comes to CR she's actually DOING things with? Not much. It'd be great to see her going out and about on stuff for once.

Noa for his part is someone who could use someone chasing him with an axe, which is to say, no one has killed him ever, somehow.

Loki...Well, unsure with Loki so moving on!

Reira! ...Also unsure with Reira. To be fair, she and Loki are pretty squarely established there, so SURPRISE ME I guess.

CHARACTERS: Heather Mason, bird girl extraordinaire

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Heather is... like most people in Ryslig, kind of a mess. Came directly out of a traumatizing canon event, lost all her good influences, fell into a bad crowd... despite all that, she's managed to get by pretty well. Now she's a scruffy, rough-and-tumble bird who makes a point of showing off that she's from the wrong side of the tracks. Talk big, bite bigger. Her time in Ryslig has hardened her quite a bit. UNDERNEATH THE PRICKLY EXTERIOR there's a heart of gold hiding somewhere, buuuut it's been getting harder and harder to see it. Especially since she's been getting more and more vehemently (and vocally) anti-god, having made a number of enemies during the whole corruption-and-conduit incident...

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: With the successful establishment of Djavulenstad, Heather's been spending most of her time getting settled in her new 'home', which... is taking awhile, because it is super weird having an entire, brand-new city to CALL home. But she's also flitting back and forth between there and Bavan quite a bit, trying to get back to her old job of getting commerce between the Nest and all its old clients flowing again.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Given Heather's increasing recklessness when it comes to openly fighting the gods, I'd love to get her into more conflicts with followers. Specifically, she's champing at the bit for revenge against the Fourth for what happened to the Nest. She's a very capable scrapper, but there are also plenty of ways for her to wind up in trouble, so I'm fine with her getting the stuffing knocked out of her if the thread calls for it!
Positive CR is great too, since Heather has very little of it outside of the Nest. I'd love for her to start making friends again, although OBLIGATORY DISCLAIMER that she's kind of an asshole who doesn't always make it easy for people to like her.

ANYTHING ELSE: Silent Hill is ONE BIG TRIGGER WARNING. If there's something major that you'd definitely rather avoid coming up in threads, let me know and I can avoid it!

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Opening his stupid titty bar! I plan on making an open log this month, which will include the grand opening of his dream come true. AM: Literally the worst thing ever. A genocidal supercomputer who hates humans more than anyone could ever conceive of and gets off to torturing them. Here he's not a computer (big shock) but is in fact a demon, formerly arachne. Anyway he hates everyone and will deliberately go out of his way to piss people off.

Rhoda: A cute, charming little eight-year-old girl who you just want to hug and squeeze because she's just so precious. Except she's actually a sociopath who sees nothing wrong with killing people (and animals). If you have something she wants and you won't give it to her? Well, you might find yourself the victim of an unfortunate accident. (Obviously only with OOC permission, but you know what I mean.) Fittingly enough, she will be turning into a troll.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING:

AM is completing his demon changes. He was killed by Marco not too long ago, and before that he was killed by Light, so he finally lost his first memory. It's something very minor for now, but yeah. Either way, he's going to enact revenge. He will probably subject Light to a series of horrid tortures at the very least (as Nikki and I have discussed). He's going to adjust to his demonhood as well. Other than that, I was thinking he might go to the Triple T a bit more often. Not because he gets off to burlesque or anything, but he finds it interesting in a weird way. And it provides good opportunities for CR, just saying.

Other than that, he'll be doing god stuff I guess. As always I want to do more god stuff with him as he slowly finds himself more indebted to the Fog God, much to his dismay.

Rhoda is brand new and will be turning into a troll. She won't be happy about it at first, though she'll probably get used to it and enjoy it. Right now she doesn't know much about god stuff and I do want to hold off on getting her involved with that. Other than that, she's basically trying to find her way and knowing the ins and outs of the city. She has tried to get some free stuff at the market lately by using her little girl charm.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN:

For AM: He needs more friends. Obviously he still hates everyone, even his friends, but he needs people who don't think of him as "oh my god why is he the creepiest person ever holy shit". (I mean, not that I blame them.) Other than Mitsuhide, of course - though that's just its own brand of crazy. Hence why I might have him hit up the Triple T sometime. Anyone who has any easily exploitable weaknesses is also a good target for "friendship". Or enemyship. Whatever. Basically pls he's lonely he needs someone to open his heart and show him the power of love. (No.) As a fog follower, he might be more inclined to make friends with fellow foggies. idk.

Anyone who is an artificial intelligence of some sort - please please please I want your CR. I want a super secret robot club okay. Or maybe not. I also want crazy villain CR. I love having crazy villains bond over being crazy villains.

Of course if you want someone to go after your character for whatever reason, AM will do it. He basically needs no reason at all.

For Rhoda: Since she's new, I haven't done much with her yet. But two things I really want are: adults to fawn over her and think she's the most precious, adorable, innocent child ever. And two: others who see right through her. Rhoda is more likely to play up the charm around adults, but around other children she's more likely to turn her filters off and be more of a little bitch.

What I would love is to have Rhoda find a nice adult who has an item like a necklace or something that she really wants, and the adult says that Rhoda could have it when they die or go away or something... So Rhoda is prompted to kill them.

Right now she's staying with a random human couple who thinks she is really weird. I'm thinking she'll probably kill them at some point after she changes. She might want to move in with some monsterfolk at that point.

ANYTHING ELSE: Sometimes I am a slow tagger, as I work full-time. I apologize. And on the weekends I'm somewhat sporadic. However, at least on weekdays I try to tag everything at least once a day.

Sonia is a (former) princess from a fictional European country (called Novoselic. She's full of Nirvana memes). She went to Japan to go to school, became a terrorist and helped bring about the end of the world. She's currently in a state she was put into to help rehabilitate her and her classmates, so she hasn't lost it quite yet. She's incredibly sweet, easy to talk to, and intensely loyal to her friends. Expect memes and pop culture references.

Alice is a young girl with a sadistic streak and wants to gain as much power as she can. She's known to act innocent and sweet when she wants, but mainly has a pretty intense mean streak. She ends up dying as a result of being one of the game's antagonists, though there is no way that she is going to willingly mention that to anyone here. She talks a big game, but as someone tries to overpower her she wimps out and usually runs. She gives out nicknames; if you're boy and have one, she likes you, but if you're a girl, she doesn't. All others are sort of on a case-by-case basis, should it arise.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING:

Sonia's, of course, working on the soup kitchen. Now with the prison starting to take shape, she's organizing efforts to help supply it with food, but beyond that she really doesn't have anything set in stone.

Alice will be going through her first round of arachne changes, which are going to actually be really minor and really situational to find out. She's definitely going to be gloating about not getting any changes even though everyone else is. She'll get hers soon enough. She'll also be looking for more permanent housing, as well as information on the gods. Can't get that unlimited power without making a few pacts, right?

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN:

CR! CR! CR! CR! Both of my girls could use a lot more of CR, both negative and positive. Sonia's a lot easier to make friends with and a lot harder to get negative with, but it could be fun.

A lot of Alice's CR tends to be antagonistic on varying levels, though most of it is really harmless stuff. Again, getting into the god stuff with her is something I want to do. Her morals sort of flux depending on the day, so I've no real idea what'll appeal to her most.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Lady is a no nonsense, sensible demon hunter back home. So she's used to keeping her guard up, and trusting very few. Though after nearly two years in Ryslig the only thing that has really changed is a marked possessiveness over those she does trust. She lives on snark though there is a softer side reserved almost exclusively for when a certain minotaur is injured, but it comes out with certain nesters as well. She still won't take your shit, doesn't like to lose (she is way too competitive for her own good), and tends argue just because she can at times. And she really isn't fond of the gods. And she's super awkward meeting people that seem relatively normal, sorry.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Since someone went and canon updated without her permission Lady is going to be doing some branching out. Plans include finding her employment outside of Djavulenstad, and seeking some new cr where possible. I'm still debating this part but she put out feelers about hosting some sort of meeting of the minds among the various individuals looking into the gods and ways home. Also she needs new clothes which is more of a whim than an actual need to do right now since that will depend entirely on her finding employment. And because I'm a forgetful one sometimes there's a high chance she will be spending the month as a temporary pooka and doing all the social things and hitting all the network posts being a little spam monster and bouncing between Bavan and Djavulenstad like some crazy party girl, who would like front row seats to that meltdown.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: New employment, growing her some non-nester CR, love-hate cr or more like like-hate cr. She does enjoy research and putting together data so if some like-minded individual wants to grab her up for their own projects that's cool.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: a lot of the rest of this will just be edited from the last CR meme whoops sorry Marco's just a regular friendly nerd who killed his dad in self-defense one day and then got fucking wrecked by the ensuing guilt complex. In his two years in Ryslig, his issues have escalated into straight up psychosis. Also, he's drank several gallons of the Fourth God's kool-aid, found true love and alienated at least half a dozen people.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: He's a nephilim right now and it's not doing his mental health any good. His obsession with Good vs Evil is escalating to dangerous levels and, naturally for someone who just doesn't think they're a good person, turning against him too. This may make him a bit hard to deal with for the next couple of months.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN:
- Nephilim-specific monster stuff, while we have the chance! Similarly, when he changes back, I would be very happy to have some mer-flavoured monster fun. Or, I mean, we could backdate a thing too? Anything works!

- More people who can tell there is something seriously wrong with him beyond the god koolaid are always welcome, especially if they can get through to him in a way that doesn't make him feel like he's being attacked or just... gratuitously accused of being a lunatic.

Susan is blunt, bold, and smarter than her archaic, rural accent might suggest. She's pragmatic beneath an increasingly thin veneer of romance, and very practical. She's also a teenage girl, with all the occasional flights of fancy, low self-awareness, and drama that entails. She's quite happy with Ryslig overall, although she's still adjusting to faerie magic.

Hawkeye is an alcoholic, workaholic cynic-with-a-heart-of-gold. He's very friendly, and usually professional when he's Doing A Medicine, but he's also a sarcastic, judgemental asshole a lot of the time. He's still mid-nervous-breakdown, which doesn't help.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING:
Susan will be working on setting up a riding stable for monsters, while also working for Jade at the shop. She's trying to work herself up to energy feeding, through her immense baggage about that kind of thing. She'll shortly be aiming to hire different monster types to help train horses.

Hawkeye is still co-running the Bavan clinic with Soeki, and also organising Soeki's stag party because of course he is. Things are going to get very complicated with that, though, as he's also getting his decay powers this month. Also, find him in bars and anywhere serving alcohol.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I'm especially interested in CR for Susan, possibly around the energy feeding and magic stuff. I'd also love for someone to help her deal with her Boy Troubles, because that's a thing she's struggling with. He's since added even more baggage onto that thanks to a bunch of awful things that have happened here. Around Ryslig, he generally likes keeping to himself, and FLYING. He considers his wings the best thing that have ever happened to him here.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Kain is entering month two of a temporary Lich change. I'll be throwing an action-y log thing up with some prompts for that, eventually. He hates being stuck as a corpsey thing, so he's dealing with that.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I enjoy all CR, both good and bad, so I can go for either. His mental state isn't the best, lately, and I'm up for pushing him in either direction. I want to make the most of his lich-cation, so I'll be all for playing around with that... I'm especially eager for him to find out how 'death' - the whole regeneration thing- works in this form! Pro-torture if the torture is done to him. Hasn't killed anyone for about two months now but broke it secretly this week. Radical.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Few things.

° He is now the official owner of the KIT-TEA-KAT Cafe. Also, he lives in the basement. He will taking care of it as best he can (possibly asking for help) because he has only ever been in charge of an army of emotionally/mentally broken people. ... He will need some help.

° Doing a cooking show with Clarence, look forward to it.

° Being somewhat sad about Kira, since Kira had been someone he was friends with for little over a year. Maybe bring up the fact he murdered some lady to put in the apartment upstairs.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Rio has been here for probably over a year and a half, and is trying to hang in there through the fact her CR keeps dropping. :C She's normally quite self-assured and strong-willed, and is quick to master nearly anything she picks up, although that's all a cover for some deep self-esteem issues. She's stubborn, too, and isn't afraid to go toe-to-toe with... uh... people she really shouldn't be pissing off. She dies like three times in canon and doesn't afraid of anything. Also she's an undead alien, I guess? Things she hasn't touched upon in a while, ha ha...

Okabe is fairly new, a not-so-closet goon from modern-day Akihabara. He's socially awkward at best and an unintentional asshole at worst, actually quite intelligent and mellow when not acting like a ham, but he's also sort of a lonely guy who doesn't have his emotional anchor around to lean on. He was pulled here in the middle of a two-week time loop in which he's been attempting to keep said emotional anchor from dying horribly at the end of it by gradually changing the past using "DeLorean mails" AKA D-mails. (That's referencing exactly what you think it is. Told you he was a nerd.)

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: I have no solid plans for Rio in the near future, but I'd definitely like to change that. She's busy starting her first (technically second) round of demon changes, in which she gets the wings and horns. It might take her a bit to figure out it is, in fact, not a gargoyle she's turning into again.

Okabe is new, and I'm still trying to get comfortable with him, but he's been hanging back and trying to glean information from the network in the meantime. I plan to eventually have him troll it, he just takes more brainpower for me than Rio does, so I tend to be slower on tags. He'll be turning into a goblin -- more trolling potential!

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: In Rio's case, I would especially like someone who will attack and/or kill her stupid ass. Her first and only death was over a year ago, and frankly, I would love her to fuck up royally and step on the wrong set of toes, or just have personalities clash irrevocably. She's not immune to pushing her luck too far for the wrong reasons because she's not as strategic as she thinks she is, and I want her to reap the consequences of that. Maybe it'll calm her down some... like, damn, girl, seriously.

Positive CR is always welcomed, however, particularly if you like sports or games she can compete with you on! And I always love continuing existing CR that sticks really well; it's one of my primary aims in playing her is to get a nice strong network of it.

I've also been toying with the idea of having Rio sign on with the Fog God, not out of loyalty, but in an effort to perhaps butter her up enough to get more information from her. The message from IV was enough of a taste to tempt her to bite the forbidden fruit, so to speak...

Okabe needs a network of his own, however. Fellow nerds or awkward losers are exceptionally loved, but also scientific types (or anyone who might offer him a job, lazy idiot), people who would side-eye him or call him on his bullshit, pretty girls he can pretend not to think are super attractive, or even fellow time travelers! I will take absolutely anything for him at this point, especially because I need to step up my game with him.

Ed is very friendly and cheerful, but has certain confidence issues that partly stems in bening a bastard and his father's wife trying to have him killed him more than once, and also from being separated from his younger sister after he swore to protect her no matter what and now he had not seen her in over a decade and has no idea where she is. He loves people of all kinds and is good at compromising and wishes that everyone could just get along. But he's also raised in a world of politics and between the two world wars, he knows things are not that easy. Also, he's so tired of politics, it makes everything so much more complicated. He forgives people for transgressions towards him way too easily. But don't harm his friends, alright?

Carl is also very friendly and cheerful, but a little proner to pranks. He's also a soldier and dead, and because he has issues too, like the ones where he sees himself as useless now that he can't be a sniper for the army any more. He doesn't really do personal grudges very much either, but he will kill you if he's ordered to by his superior(s). At least none of those are here, and now he's working for doctors, so it's not likely that he'll be ordered to kill someone. But it's just work, even if he would on a personal level like to have gotten to know someone he has to shoot. He will probably not tell you about the missions he's been on, because they're generally classified.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING:
Ed Will be finishing up his mandatory changes this month! But anyway, he's working at Pandemonium, sometimes will go exploring for Liewen Labs, and plays the piano/sometimes sings at the Typhon Theatre. He's keeping himself busy. But he's also intending to buy his horse from Mana so he needs to ask his stable-owning friends about accommodation and food costs. (I also want him to buy his mom's apartment back, but that's in the future.) Also, I want him to get back to composing his own piano pieces, but please teach him about music from the future. He will not kill people, he'll go to the soup kitchen instead. Oh, and he's also trying to make Mitsuhide not be so flippant about killing people, but that's a long-term-project.

Carl is going to start his changes as soon as I get him up on the log. He works at the Crowe Clinic as receptionist, and he's getting used to doing just about anything ever with only one hand. Once it's healed properly around where it used to be, he'll start to train again. Don't wanna get rusty and all that. He also needs to know which place has the best cinnamon coffee and the least pickles in their burgers. Ew, pickles. He has less of a problem with eating humans (or frying them, he doesn't know he's a simulacrum yet), but he'd prefer to only do it when he has to, thnk you very much. He also lives in the Hill House now.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: For one, both of them have self-worth issues that I want them to work through.

Ed wants to make all the friends. Please teach him about modern things that exist here and in the future. Basically, anything from after 1936. Or teach him about things from before then, that wouldn't have reached the Central Europe/Britain area yet. Also let's go exploring. He's fascinated by other places and cultures and people. He wants to see everywhere, meet everyone, hear about everything.

Carl needs to start making friends, get to know his new co-workers and his equally new housemates. Also get used to the not-being-a-soldier-any-more thing, and properly accept that Ryslig isn't actually the afterlife because not everyone here are dead. If he gets to know someone enough he'll be open to pranking you, even superiors, but it's generally harmless mischief anyway.

CHARACTERS: L Lawliet hearthebell and Elsa Mars istherelifeonmars
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: L Lawliet was the world's greatest detective in his world. In Ryslig, he's just another asshole who can't figure out how to get back home. He uses the pseudonym Linden Tailor. He's got an odd, eccentric and often abrasive personality, making him difficult to get along with and easy to misunderstand. He tends toward being passive-aggressive and arrogant, and he's childish in most of the wrong ways. Occasionally, nurturers might find him endearing and people who are a little too much like him might see him as an opportunity for a stimulating challenge, but in spite of his genius intellect, L is very much that awkward loner who struggles socially while still seeing himself as superior. He's undergone SOME growth in Ryslig and is no longer quite as insufferable but a lot of it is very strongly engrained. L was a Vampire for well over a year in Ryslig, but was rerolled as a Demon.

Elsa Mars was the owner of a traveling sideshow. A former prostitute in Germany during the 1930s, she is a shrewd businesswoman, has a soft spot for children and other innocents, and she has a mediocre singing voice that doesn't match up with her star-studded ambition. Elsa claims to want love above all, but she is probably more about applause than actual love or loyalty, and she'll throw anyone under the bus if it means saving herself (or her coveted place in the spotlight.) Elsa is a Lich.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Right now, L is in the middle of a darker character arc. His Demon changes are tough on him, and he was tortured by AM a couple of months ago, which left a lot of physical and mental scars. He's been spending a lot of time with Light Yagami working on the inception of a prison for monsters (and sort of secretly dating him). Light's departure from Ryslig will leave him shattered and looking for ways to cope; more than likely, he's going to throw himself into getting the prison well and off the ground, put out a call recruiting boyscouts, soldiers and heroes, and drown out the anger and pain of losing his other half by searching for his next Kira. He might even start taking cases on the down-low just as a way to return to what's familiar and comforting to him.

Elsa will be poking around looking for people to acknowledge her talent. She probably won't find them because well... she doesn't have much. Eventually she'll decide she wants to start her OWN show, and attempt to compete with Typhon, etc. She's saving her coins for something like she had before, since she'll eventually default to what she knows she's good at (organizing and managing other talent.)
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Right now, L needs HERO TYPES to help wrangle baddies. He'll advocate for putting a stop to infighting and be pretty vocal about the fact that there are some monsters that prey on other monsters and go completely unchecked and that this is unacceptable. He's pretty sure based on conversations he's already had that this is not an unpopular sentiment. I'm also interested in the playground bullies of Ryslig's monster world to start to see him as a target because, well, he wants to lock you up. On a more personal note, L needs people to help him embrace and accept being a demon.

Elsa needs friends and enemies and everything in between. She's fairly new here and I haven't done much with her outside of her VERY active intro log thread, so I'd really like to establish her day to day life and doings. I'd like to find her a job in the interim and ideally something working with children (like at the orphanage) would bring out her tender side and make her more likable from the get-go (this lady needs some help with that.)

Former academic overachiever and teenage terrorist, Mello was originally groomed to succeed the world's greatest detective but, well. That didn't happen, but what did happen was the mafia and leather and a seething hatred for enemies and less-threatening rivals alike. There was fire and bad choices and (there are no such things as DN spoilers) he kind of died.

But he woke up! Here, in Ryslig, where he now runs with a disorganized, non-organization "run" by Greed, if he would ever accept the title of leader, and has a swiftly expanding network of fun and helpful criminal activity. Resident of the newly-risen city of Djävulenstad (Good luck finding it~), he's currently back on his shit, as the Gods have been kind enough to grant him vampirism in the place of manticorism and bless, this boy is pleased. He's wayyyy more chill than he was before this second monster change, so he'll be less ready to rip your head off and a bit more likely to actually give you the time of day. He's a firecracker; describing him took an entire app. Come meet him.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: WELL right now, I've got a few plots brewing and I'm always down for slice-of-life threads. Mello is a social creature by nature, so it's not very hard to fit him anywhere with almost anyone. That said, I won't throw out the "anything" but like. I'm down. Specifically if your character is the criminal and/or religious sort (this is for upcoming character development and he needs to meet people who still believe in God in this fucking place)

I have plenty of antagonistic CR and am always down for more, but I'm thinking that since he's in chill mode right now, it would be a great opportunity for your char to meet him if you're out for some positive CR with a negative dude. I love, love, love threading small criminal activities, like a shipment run or something so if you ever want to expand your criminal horizons, let's do it. ALSO HE IS A VAMP so daytime CR is hard right now, but not impossible. After next change, he's screwed during the day.

Roland... is basically a paladin. He's an Arthurian knight with guns and sworn to the White (which is like... everything Good and Right and Just and Creation). He still believes in his gods (and if it wasn't for the whole monster thing, he'd probably be perfectly content until they yank him out of this place). But he's had faith in them for literally 1000 years, so Ryslig isn't going to shake him of that.

And Magus, he's not really the 'criminal' sort exactly. he was sorta King during a genocidal war, has almost no empathy for others, is perfectly willing to murder if people get in his way. Less 'criminal' more 'unrepentant asshole'. He can be a hard one to get pos CR with but I'd be willing to play them and see what happens.

CHARACTERS: Katurian and Clarence
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS:
- Katurian Katurian is a horror writer who also killed both of his parents in a cold rage. He spends his time writing needlessly violent fairy tales and being twitchy as hell. I'd say that "sorrow" is his middle name, but his middle name is also Katurian. Katurian is a shade.

- Clarence is the living embodiment of a virus that renders people disoriented, paranoid, and homicidal, and he's about as pleasant as that makes him sound. He likes playing deadly pranks, laughing alone with a murder salad, and eating gummy worms by the handful. Clarence is a former member of an alien hivemind and also a faerie.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING:
- Katurian is trying to psyche himself up to kill humans, both for food and for Fog God sacrifices. He's been half-human for a while, but now he's fully shade and ready to rumble.

- Clarence is, like, way into the Fourth God and will soon star in the worst cooking show imaginable with Mitsuhide. His daily agenda involves murdering, mugging, and video games.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Both positive and negative CR would be adored. Murder? Aw yeah. Picnics in the park? Yes please. I'd also love an opportunity to use Kat's fog-given ability to flood people with terrible memories.

ANYTHING ELSE: Both of my guys have opt out posts that can found in their journals. Katurian has a canon that heavily focuses on child abuse and child murder. He also has symptoms associated with PTSD. Clarence, meanwhile, is just a plain old jerk, and I completely understand if you don't want to play with him.

Magus is going to be joining the Fog god soonish. He and Katurian could go murdering or foggy talking or he would use his fog-given ability on Magus (cos I;m sure he'll deserve it).
