Convert me, Baby! Meme

LFG? Looking For God? Apply Within!
Looking for your character to join up with a god? 4th, fog or even a mysterious third option we do not have?! Come on down!
This meme is simple!
1. Post your character below. Either a character looking to join up, or a god follower who is interested in bringing more characters to their side. Include details of what you're looking for!
2. Comment around! Make plans with your fellow players about joining up with a god!
3. Profit from the misery your character will likely go through!

Looking For 4th Followers
I'm looking for folks who could convert or talk up 4th god for Elizabeth or Leonardo. Honestly, would love even a quick convo or a longer tangled web. Leo would be a lot easier to convince, whilst Elizabeth would probably take a bit longer.
Someone whose still sympathetic to the 4th and wants to justify Felfri would be perfect.

I am definitely open for interesting god chats with Reira- in this case with Elizabeth more than Leo, but that's more because 1, Leo CR is Merciless Teasing CR (And thus it would be trickier to GET to that kind of convo), and 2, I feel like with Elizabeth a pretty vital part of convincing her in the Long Run would have to involve uuh
Not ignoring the pile of problems in this cpu.
[Slaps the side of Elias] YOU CAN FIT SO MUCH OBFUSCATION IN THIS THING

Elizabeth and Reira already have a pretty good basis for god chats/talking about the world as is so far. They're both also fairly sympathetic to Elias.
Both are also, y'know realistic in a sense. Elizabeth is projecting a lot of her own issues on this child, and Reira is like THATS MY BEST FRIEND. So, it would definitely make for some interesting CR.

Her view on Elias is actually pretty balanced, which I feel works better for recruiting a lot of the time because she doesn't come off as a cultist. She's crazy, sure, but very pragmatic about the whole god thing.

Leo would just think Emily was like Donnie, which would amusingly make him agree to the whole 4th shit faster. She's about the same Brillant Scientist Energy in Many ways. Be it Donnie's affect is flat, an Emily ends up as chipper.

Honestly, Norman would be additional reason for Elizabeth to join up. If he pitched it as 'we're trying to teach him better/give him a chance to live' Elizabeth would eat it up.

Completely Unhinged Foggie
He’s outspoken about the Fog and definitely sounds culty more often than not- when he runs out of bravado he’s easier to talk to. He’s also very philosophical and has a lot of ideas about sentient consciousness, the nature of humanity etc.
He’s…a mess. He can be what you need him to be.
He also has a Fog Boon that could potentially broaden your character's horizons via temporarily unshackling their consciousness from their sense of self. (It’s not mind control, and he’d only offer it to people interested in a wild trip. Could be useful for getting more tightly wound characters to loosen up or as a display of the Fog's power.)

Recruiting for Elias
His platform tends to be "listen this kid didn't ask for this power but he genuinely cares about helping us, he just is too young to understand the subtleties of how the world works, we have to Teach Him how to help responsibly". Plus you know, the Fog is twisting us all. And if you're down with that it's fine he guesses but seriously don't hurt people just because they disagree with you that's dumb. Reira set him straight on that recently, you see.
He runs the soup kitchen, Feast, so that's an easy in for new CR once changelog drops!

Recruiting for the Fog
Since he also runs the Lighthouse, he can see all sides of the situation, and finding him for discussion isn't hard at all! He will openly share his experience and tell people to do what feels best for them, because the Fog just wants us all to live our best lives.
(I fully expect him to eventually get wrecked over whatever sinister reveals are down the line.)

FogTutorial.txt
- you can leave anytime
- you leave by throwing away the Dyster key
- here are the kinds of bonuses you can expect
- levels 1 and 2 are easy but 3 and 4 will lead to disaster and a lot of people angry with you, be ready
- no really you can leave whenever
- too much time in Dyster changes how you think
- everyone has very personal reasons for joining either god and you shouldn't judge either one too quick
- just walk out you can leave
with the same kind of attitude as a parent letting you drink beer supervised so that you don't break into the liquor cabinet while you're home alone. HMU if you're interested in the Fog page of GameFAQs.
Fourth-adjacent non-recruit
tldr felfri was shit but the fog is and will always be shittierBut okay to be short about it, Wakaba is Unacceptably Stubborn about paying debts. Both in wrongs done to her, but also wrongs she's done. This means actually offering oaths to the people she's done fucked up things to in Felfri.Hilariously, this includes Elias.
Like proper recruitment is off the table for now because okay like yes she blew up city hall, but a lot of that was His fault???? and she does not want to be brainjacked again kthx. At the same time, all it would take is the fog to do something Extremely Fucked and then I'll have to throw that whole previous sentence in the trash.
There's probably someone with a smart brain who can use an Openly Neutral person as a smoke screen. Like her Poker face is too terrible rn to be a proper spy on the Fog side, but it'd be easy as hell to prod a few buttons to get her to start doing anti-fog work.

Thing is, Bucky hasn't had enough time to catch his breath and figure out anything, and at this point the dude is borderline desperate for some structure. Even if that structure is following the orders of some godling at this point. And truthfully I don't know if he cares who. As far as he's aware, both sides are creepy and wrong, but he'd be very easy to lure into thinking otherwise.
Pros:
-He's still got his metal arm, even though it's now just a prosthetic that's at the same level of strength as his other arm, no more, no less (well, it's a bit less flexible than a flesh arm, obviously). Some interesting tech to poke at in there, potentially.
-He's got the Winter Soldier in his brain, what I can only refer to as a pseudo-alter (Bucky's got some major Hollywood DID going on) who's still trained to be obedient and follow orders without question. While it's hard to say how it could ever be put into play, his activation codes to trigger the soldier remain intact. If you want a follower with absolute, unbroken loyalty, this would get it. (note: the soldier might want to be called Orion and could be developing more personality, abuse at own risk)
-While he's got the same physical abilities as other monsters, he has immense levels of combat, espionage, infiltration, and assassination training, which gives him advantages over monsters who have been relying on their new powers to brute force their way by. Bucky also has incredible levels of tanking ability, and can ignore levels of pain and injury that would level other people. Do not meet in dark alley.
Cons:
-Hoo boy don't expect much autonomous action out of this one. He is unsure, nervous, and hasn't figured out all this humaning yet, never mind monstering. Works best with clear instructions.
-Mental instability up to here. Bucky's been damaged physically, mentally, psychologically, every way, by decades of imprisonment and brainwashing. He might need regular intervention to make sure he's functioning. Easily overwhelmed and skittish. Needs a sweater that says "nervous". He's also easily cowed by stronger personalities, so he might crack in the face of someone arguing against him intensely enough.
-He's got these friends who will probably get real salty if they think he's being taken advantage of. Most of the Marvel crew is aware he's got issues, along with this turtle child who's trying to work his way into making Bucky his fourth dad.
-If he actually does get the idea that you're a Bad Guy in his head, good luck convincing him otherwise ever again.
Inquiring god followers looking for a problematic follower, apply within.
vaguely reaches for
I’d love to get them more CR and if the marvel cast wants to come down on him that’s a bonus in my book. Harry’s reputation is trash and no one's going to give him the benefit of the doubt if he even looks like he’s being suspicious
Harry also has a mind scrambling ability but he’d only expose Bucky to that if he wanted it.

Anyway, Emily's good for both the confident Fourth soft-sell and any cybernetic repairs Bucky might need, and she's so nuts herself that his massive dysfunction won't bother her. Even if he doesn't end up a Fourthie, I think it'd be great CR.

Follow the Fog!
Her relationship with the Fog has had its ups and downs. For her first year or so in Ryslig, she absolutely adored the Fog, seeing her as having chosen her, rescuing her from her own world and unlocking her potential. However, her adoptive father figure then left the peninsula and Abigail became terrified that if she put one foot wrong then the Fog would send her away too, either banishing her back to her own world or killing her permanently. This was compounded on with how she's struggled to feel satisfied with being mostly incorporeal, and with how she's interpreted some of the events here as the Fog just wanting to mess with her rather than nurture her. At this point she's realising that she's replaced the hold her abusive father had over her with the Fog doing the same thing, but she still sees the Fog as the least worst option. She hates the thought of turning back human (seeing herself as a monster helps her to justify her actions) and is terrified of being sent back to her own world, so she will actively try to convert people for those reasons alone rather than any sense of pride or loyalty in the side she's chosen. This month I'm planning to have her torment and kill a Bavan NPC family to prove herself to the Fog (and hopefully finally reach level 2).
