[Between the question, the closeness, and the pet name spoken in the low rumble of Reverie's voice - whatever is in the air, the boy can't help himself. He suddenly closes the distance, leaning into what is, if allowed to land, perhaps a surprisingly forceful kiss.]

[An arm is wrapped around him, and a hand gently cups his chin. The forcefulness of it surprises him, but it doesn't stop him from pulling Alfred close and kissing him back for several seconds before pulling back, lips twitching into a smile.]

Eager little creature. Full of surprises, aren't you Alfred?

[It's like a dream, a little bit.

In that only in his dreams has Alfred let go enough to really go at someone this way, making a pleased little noise into the kiss as he's pulled close.

When he pulls back, his face is flushed, expression dazed and breathless.]
