NAME: Inigo
CHARACTERS: Lucas Baker (1019)

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: A big damn bratty adult child from small-town Louisiana bayou country who's been an engineering genius since he was tiny and who just wants to play! He's... also basically a feral animal by nature and has a history of murder stretching from an early-childhood instance of "You hurt my feelings. 8( Now DIE" to in-adulthood treating any and all opportunities he got to have power over others as excuse to treat them like toys.

In his time since arrival in Ryslig and becoming a vampire, however, he's been meeting more and more people who think the way he does, and who like to play in similar ways! He's getting to be less and less a serial murderer and more... something in line with the "inner child" that's always been more key to his identity anyway: "a big bratty kid who just wants to play games and break rules".

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: He's going to carry on promoting and some behind-the-scenes-for-now plotting with his girlfriend Ibuki and their ally Lust re: the chaotic-neutral-Foggies-who-just-want-to-live-happy-lives Haze faction; and along with that, he'll hopefully be opening up an electronics/weapons shop with Wrench within the next week or two - once that pops up, feel free to ask them about customs and/or facsimiles of decidedly more modern tech! - as well as making a split with Liewin Labs, where he currently works, as an independent magic-science-and-gods researcher!

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I am genuinely interested in anything that sticks! Lucas was basically genetically engineered for negative and/or ambivalent/not exactly trusting CR with him being such a damn brat and harborer of a sketchy edge, and I find frictional CR fun; but especially given that he's been cooling out of most of the absolute worst of his old habits as he's settled into having an actual shockingly normal life in Ryslig (y'know, by Ryslig standards), unlikely friendships, more people to be rowdy with, allies, and more are all also great by me! For characters looking to go Fog, also, he's one of many who will cheerfully make a pitch!

NAME: Luc or Lucifine!
CHARACTERS: Maya Fey
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: The bright-spirited, clever, and sassy assistant of the semi-famous Phoenix Wright, Ace Attorney! This time in mermaid flavor instead of ghost channeling flavor. After dealing with the scary reality of being the heir of a very competitive spiritualist family and accompanying Phoenix through a wacky London adventure with Professor Layton, Maya's found herself here among the people eaters for quite some time now. Beginning as Rohan's tailoring assistant for the last few months of his presence, Maya now finds herself preoccupied with assisting her friends, finally able to enjoy the company of multiple females that aren't her cousins and/or trying to get her killed.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Maya spends most of her time between Bavan and Lake Dala, though she makes an effort to visit Vandare weekly even if she'll have to walk it. That's where she spends time diving and collecting abalone and the like for trade/sale as she'd started to with Rohan. However, she makes an effort to avoid the city itself as much as she can and is solely interested in the coastline. Apart from events, it's easiest to get interactions with her somewhere in those areas!
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: As usual I'm still having to take it easy so, I'm always at your service for lightening the mood. Maya's incredibly strong willed and has a bright outlook on life and continuing to live, so she's great for throwing sass back and forth or getting silly.
Maya and Makoto are going to have a log eating PEOPLE together as soon as I put it together though so I am interested in tougher stuff too, but bear in mind I might have to be a little slower with it because of RL developments.
ANYTHING ELSE: Ya boy finally got his ass un-unemployed and may continue to have a disjointed tagging schedule as he gets used to the job! Your patience is appreciated, but no hard feelings if you don't wanna wait on me.

NAME: Mey
CHARACTERS: Just Lup!

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: She's a former high elf wizard with a love of cooking, high drama, and blowing shit up. She's gregarious and very social, but can come off pretty rude in her effort to be brutally honest. Due to her shitty upbringing, Lup has some Trust Issues™ and takes time to really warm up to people. Currently in game, she's a bomb ass naga and is already beginning to love her life as a snake. She's grossly happy in her marriage to Barry and is starting to really develop some significant relationships with other monsters in game, like with Fiddleford and Elsa.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Lup lives on a farm and has two part time jobs working as an assistant for Egon and a bouncer at the Lucky 38. Due to some canon influence (vague taz balance spoilers ahead), since Lup's hit seven months in game, her focus is going to shift to finding the Light of Creation and will becoming increasingly frantic over it as she gets closer to hitting a year in Ryslig.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I really love the cr that Lup is beginning to develop in game and I'd love to see it keep going! Not that she needs reasons to want to save Ryslig, but I'm all for piling up the list of folks in game that she cares about to make her more panicked as the end of the year gets closer. I also want more negative cr and would love to see Lup eventually take looking into the different gods of this place a little more seriously.

ANYTHING ELSE: I'm on hiatus through November so trying to stay out of tag outs to catch up on some old tags, but I'll be back in December!!

CHARACTERS: Juno Steel (this dude right here)

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Juno Steel is a bisexual private detective from the capitalistic hellscape that is Hyperion City, Mars, set an indeterminate amount of time in the future. His best qualities are making enemies, saying one-liners, and drowning his self loathing in whiskey. His fears include blood, heights, and relationships, but he's working on the relationships thing. When you dig all the way past the childhood trauma, the thirty-something odd years of emotional turmoil, and the dark, dark pit of depression and mental illness, you'll find a man who actually cares about making the world a better place and protecting those who live in it. He's been recently doing his damn best to get better at...well, life, but recovery is hardly a linear timeline.

Also, he once ate a rock.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: If the mods approve the Mana reward Juno will be receiving a D&D manual and a bunch of polydice! He specifically asked for something to take his mind off of everything that's happening, and...well, it will. He'll be reminded of the times he and Ben and all of his childhood friends tried many times to set up a tabletop campaign that never went anywhere, so...if anyone wants to come along this D&D adventure with him feel free!!! I'll be making a network post eventually.

Otherwise he'll be puttering around and will...eventually...be setting up a sort of...casual private eye consultation thing??? He's not...going to be running around and shooting bad guys but he does want to be able to help. So if you wanna ask him for help with that regard just hit me up. Otherwise he's free to do whatever a one-eyed wereraccoon does.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I love all the CR I have so far with everyone and I'm so glad I joined this game!! I'm here for both negative and positive CR because Juno works best with some sort of conflict with other people, even if he would otherwise usually get along with those people! TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Sixteen-year-old girl who comes from a post-apocalypse where everything's flooded. She's fairly smart though that is usually in the areas of science like biology, and also with hacking and coding. She loves cats, wizards and is fairly optimistic and bubbly. Generally speaking anyway. Fun fact, she knows morse code because of a close friend from her... uni/multiverse
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Since she finished up going through her first round of changes, and the second round will be... in a few days, she may not be out of the house too much overall for this month. Actually, she might end up going to the clinic sometime during the next fog/round, so there is that. Most things are up in the air besides that, so feel free to suggest stuff.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Some (more) CR with people not living in the Hill House with her would be great but beyond that? Hm. I do want her to get into some god shenanigans, too actually. In fact... and I will repeat this in a Plurk, it's going to be a free for all (for those characters who are interested in getting more followers for their god and all that). Anyone who can convince Roxy first may end up having her join that side. Note, though, that she doesn't have the best impression of the fog god.
ANYTHING ELSE: Tagging may be pretty sparse the first few days of the upcoming fog-rolling-in but after that, I think it should even out.

NAME: Dent
CHARACTERS: Tyl Regor and Gregg silenceofthesheep
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Tyl Regor is a cyborg clone from Uranus set in an extremely far future where the solar system is torn between different factions (with robot ninjas in the middle). Tyl is a scientist for a clone empire obsessed with conquest whose personal project is genetically engineering nasty, fast clones (which sound and look like this). He’s like a single father...but with a clandestine underwater lab and a disposition to make pain. Yeah, he likes scrapping both verbally and physically as much as he loves making supersoldiers. Currently he’s becoming a goblin and really getting into it.

Gregg is a small town (you know, the typical small town with terrible secrets) punk from the rust belt who’s a bit of an immature millenial dealing with some mental health problems. He’s chill, but he still has an affinity for petty crime like vandalism or stealing. With the right wrong influence he can get up to all kinds of dumb crime. He’s a pooka right now and still dealing with the fact he might not ever come back to his life or loved ones and that causes the guy some occasional self-destructive issues (not to mention his anger at the gods here given he’s dealt with something like an evil god before).
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Tyl is living in Vandare (because he likes the sea) and getting the hang of his water elemental powers. Long term, he’s researching the effects of the monster disease and hope he can bottle up as a cure for his people back home. So that means there’s a good chance someone will be subjected to some...real ‘fun’ science. Also Tyl is looking into allying himself with the Fog God for reasons mentioned above and securing an ally for the Grineer.

Gregg is just spending the month focusing on self-healing after behaving super destructively, which means starting to grow a garden as a project yeah it’s weed. He’s also gonna start going about playing music for people to bring something Nice and Non Destructive to people’s lives. Make no mistake though...he’s definitely going to do some anti-Fog God graffiti (gotta spread that Frog God meme somehow.).
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Tyl is a rough guy, he can take it as much as he dishes it out so don’t be afraid to scrap with the big dude. Also if someone wants to volunteer as one of Tyl’s experiments, be my guest. That being said, I’m not afraid of being silly/light with the goblin from Uranus. It’s been a month and no one’s made a Uranus joke.

Gregg, you know he could use some friendly vandalism or musical shenanigans. Or if someone wants to help him start his weed garden, that’s cool too. If anyone wants to enlist him for neutral stuff as well, Gregg would be eager to help as well.

ANYTHING ELSE: Warframe, unsurprisingly, has a lot of war themes. Tyl Regor and his people in particular has a lot of body horror and violence (Like the ways the Grineer put together people and machinery is...creative to say the least).

Night in the Woods deals with mental health issues and Gregg and his cast’s pasts delve into childhood abuse and neglect so that can come up from time to time. Also Gregg has taken up weed in game so there’s a drug warning there.

CHARACTERS: Doctor Daniel "Danny" Dickens | Angels of Death
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: He's a friendly, cheerful therapist whose job it is to help people in need of psychiatric assistance... except, he's actually a really awful person who doesn't care about most people and prefers killing them. Especially if they have interesting eyes. Those he keeps as souvenirs sometimes. His castmates don't like him very much because of this, among other reasons.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: As of this month, Danny now has a change involving a jiangshi vampire trait, namely a compulsion to count things, regardless of whether he really wants to or not. It sucks and he hates it and it'll probably be a while before he gets used to it enough that it's not distracting him, but right now? He will probably count any rice you drop in front of him, and then try to skin you for dropping rice in front of him because how dare you. Also, he might be getting a cat? Maybe it will help him learn the meaning of chill, who knows.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: We're always open to any and all CR: as a therapist, Danny does provide counseling to anyone who wants it, so you're welcome to have your character pay him a visit at the clinic if that's something you want to do. I also would like him making more friends that can somehow get him to have a genuine emotion, or even enemies if desired given his uh... fixation on eyes and such.

CHARACTERS: Dandy (adandyinspace) and Hakai
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS:
Dandy is an ex-alien hunter and all around terrible person. He loves poking people's buttons and has an ego the size of a million suns. So if you don't feed it somehow, he'll probably hate you. That being said, he's also secretly the world's biggest softie, so if you can get past all the hot air, he could possibly grow to like you enough to passive aggressively gift you some tangerines. He's currently a dolphin mer and struggles with loving being one and hating being stuck on this planet. A slave to the booty.

Meanwhile, Hakai is an evil spirit who is no longer allowed to do evil things. As one can imagine, this is incredibly difficult for him because he was born with a strong desire to destroy everything he sees, and now he's gotta eat people on top of that. Despite it all, he's also a very hard worker and always puts in 110% for his mom master, so a lot of his time is devoted to making himself useful and finding a new purpose in life. Like cooking. For some reason, he really loves cooking. He's a big, fluffy, komainu werewolf, pet at your own risk.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING:
Dandy isn't doing anything in particular, but his sudden shift from "haha I'd totally fuck the fog god" to his extreme "anything having to do with the fog god is bad end of story" has started having him push people away. He's been in the game for over a year now, so it has everything to do with his fear that he won't be leaving and might actually...settle. So he's going to do what he always does and throw a massive tantrum. One day he'll put all this energy into something useful. On the lighter side of things, his old BooBies building will hopefully be converted to house Maya and Makoto's monster wrestling thing.

Hakai is trying to find his footing, and that mostly involves building his love for cooking and helping out at the soup kitchen. If you gotta eat human flesh, might as well eat it perfectly seasoned. And more than likely in a curry. Besides that, he's still forever learning about the power of friendship and is always up for yelling at or with people. Also forever planning to destroy the flesh hospital.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I love all kinds of CR!! Both of my characters are capable of making friends...sometimes, but they also love to argue so it can always go both ways.

CHARACTERS: Sonia Nevermind from Super Danganronpa 2 (here) and Alice from Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World/Knight of Ratatosk (conceivesfrenzy)
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Sonia is a princess from the fictional European country of Novoselic. She's scouted by the Hope's Peak Academy, a private school in Japan created to curate the greatest talents of the world for the sake of hope, as the SHSL/Ultimate Princess. She attends for a few years and ends up getting recruited/brainwashed by an underclassmate and essentially turns into a terrorist with the rest of her class and helps bring about the destruction of the world for the sake of despair. She eventually is captured and put into a rehabilitation simulation that is made to reset everyone's personalities. Shit happens and a virus in the program ends up putting everyone in a murdergame. She's one of the survivors to escape the simulation. World's still a mess, though.

Alice is a half-elf who has massive anger issues. Her parents were killed by monsters during a pilgrimage, forcing Alice into an orphanage where she was abused because she was a half-elf. She ends up setting monsters on the orphanage and burns it down to save her friend. They end up part of the Vanguard, a rebel group that through some magical MacGuffin nonsense is at some point warped a group trying to get equality for one of the world-turned-countries, Sylvarant, into essentially a terrorist group (I have a type, I guess). She quickly ranks up, becoming the combat leader and getting a name for herself as a sadist, having carved her name into her predecessor's back. She's an egotistical little turd bucket whose real interest is getting power for herself so she doesn't have to depend on anyone else. She ends up getting killed by the one person she hates the most.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Sonia operates the soup kitchen, so her main priority is usually that. She's kind of conflicted with her stance on the god stuff because she really, really has no intention of becoming part of another cult, but she's finding it probably better that she's here and not back home. So that's fun.

Alice has been drifting around, and is kind of getting tired of it. She'll probably start looking for a job real soon, and maybe start trying to think of a way to tier up with the Fog God.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Anything is a cheap answer, but it's true. The dinner log is going to be going up probably on the 15th or 16th, so we can always come up with something for that, or we can plan something before then. I'm always looking for more CR with people! Positive is the default because Sonia is very easy to get along with/it takes a lot for her to hate you, but it is possible if you want some negative CR. As the cool kids say, I am down to clown!

Alice is the opposite, of course. She's always looking to get the edge up, and generally doesn't make for great positive CR. Like I said, she's looking for a job, so there's something to be had. I'm eternally sorry for her in advance.

NAME: Carbon
CHARACTERS: AM (godofthemachine) and Rhoda Penmark (naturevsnurture)
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS:

AM is a supercomputer created to fight World War III, but he gained self awareness and decided he hated humanity more than anything ever, so he killed every human on Earth save for five, and spends the rest of forever torturing the remaining five. A complete sadist who can only hate, AM is pretty much the worst character ever.

Rhoda is a cute eight-year-old girl who is good at most things and loves charming adults. She's also a fucking sociopath who has murdered several people just for simple material gain. She is really obsessed with being perfect at everything, and anyone who gets in the way of that might not like what they see.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING:

Lately AM has been paranoid as hell because more and more people are finding out what a sadist he is. Certain people have been running their mouths about him and he feels cornered about how to handle them. Yes he wants to torture them and shut them up but obviously with death not being permanent he is kind of. stuck. So he has been chilling on the network but kind of hiding. I am seriously toying with the idea of AM pretending to turn a new leaf and apologize to people and pretend to be altruistic. He won't be at all genuine, but he really wants to protect himself, and he may feel that's the best way to stifle the lynch mob. He has already attempted to apologize to Lucas, though that hasn't worked yet. He's going to try again obviously... And I don't know how long this charade would keep up either.

Rhoda has just gotten back and is settling back into Ryslig's life. I have decided her birthday is in December since she has a turquoise birthstone, so she will be celebrating her ninth birthday next month! She is hanging out with the Hill House and trying to live with them, and is going to enjoy the holiday season.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Guys... AM really needs more positive CR. Obviously with the type of character he is, it's really hard, but it is getting tough when some of his reliably positive relationships have started to turn sour. Obviously it's easy to get positive CR with other villains, so I definitely would be up for that. But AM can also sweet talk other people... What I would absolutely love is for AM to make a friend who defends him to everyone when they all shit talk him. It would be horrible and I want it.

For Rhoda, I absolutely love love love relationships where people can see through her bullshit. That is so much fun for her. I would also love having someone eventually find out how awful she is, either by catching her doing something, or catching her in a lie. Thus far no one knows the string of bodies behind her. Obviously I also like positive CR too!

ANYTHING ELSE: My time zone is EST and I work full time. I also am a musician and the holidays are so effing busy for me... I have concerts booked through the end of the year, pretty much. So I might be a little slow. Also AM has an opt out post, and Rhoda has an opt out post.

CHARACTERS: murdoc niccals aka stinky bass man
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: murdoc is an alcoholic, satanist, environmentalist, feminist, bisexual skirt wearing icon who accepts people for who they are and loves a good time. he's the bassist, leader, and founder of hit band gorillaz and his ego will definitely let you know that its HIS band and HIS genius that started the whole thing and brought the four members together. he's whiny, unpredictable, and annoying at best and at worst he's violent, insulting, and downright nasty. but honestly, you just have to get on his bad side or be 2-D to see the worse sides of him to begin with.

he's usually fairly friendly and welcoming to strangers, being a celebrity and used to the attention from fans and interviewers alike though he has a little bit of a grumpy disposition and can be easily offended. but hes not too proud to admit if he misunderstood something or if he overreacted if you point it out, and all and all is pretty easy to make friends with as long as you continue to compliment him and keep him feeling chipper

hes esp nice to young girls because he has a soft spot for his guitarist whomst he raised/neglected since she was ten he just wants to be a dad who also neglects his children but is loved by them anyway is that so much to ask

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: WELL i've put in a request for kong studios with kaz (2-D's mun) babey!!!!!!!!!! murdoc is going to use those studios for three projects: starting his own record label that characters can yknow. make records under with their bands or by themselves (which ill make a post for later this month), starting a television station akin to MTV with 2-D called GTV with the main focus on making shitty music videos with other musicians who want their music seen across the peninsula (who knows how difficult that will be to get running but well try our heckin best), and finally hes going to start a radio show which ill make a post for every month on the network! hell introduce new records from his label, interview band members or just anyone who feels like being interviewed and hell ask for sponsorships from businesses who want an advertisement in his show itll be great hes gonna get into so much shit

also eventually i want to start a party cult which will literally be a "this is completely neutral and no god talk is allowed while youre in the party cult we are just here to have a good time" neutral faction (sort of) but hed allow god aligned characters to join as long as they leave religion at home but thatll be a bit from now before it gets rollin

NAME: Hantale
CHARACTER: Fran Baiseal
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: A naturally happy, nomadic fey from a dark fantasy background, thrown into Ryslig through the machinations of some fog god! While his monster transformation was fairly forgiving, plenty of struggles have appeared from the culture shock of a 'modern' world and the spike in population, it hasn't been helping his city-based anxiety.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER WILL BE DOING: He's been plotting a short trip out into the ocean with some other monsters, checking out the source of fear there! Otherwise, he's been putting his green (blueish) thumb to work by expanding and improving the garden patch and flower beds around the treehouse he lives in with Loki. Add in some meetups with friends, meeting new monsters. He does work for the expedition team, so when he's not at the treehouse or visiting people, you can likely meet this guy wandering around Ryslig, checking out new locations.

He's quite gullible despite his caution with new folks, and I haven't had many opportunities to explore that, so it'd be nice to meet some folks actively looking to trick him for some negative CR, perhaps you're after information he might have, or are just looking to establish a fake friendly CR just for future use. Charles is a sad young author coming in after living through an eternity of stories. Real big on nihilism at forever-eighteen and also like...he's just really damn depressed. He's got a daughter, daddy issues, mommy issues, sister issues???? just like a lot of issues. identity is a struggle. His existence is kinda a spoiler, oops.

Rachel or Ray is another sad young thing... This one is a horror rpgmaker game protag though and made a deal with a serial killer that she would help him if he killed her. So yeah, another one with issues, also daddy and mommy issues?? Y'all my parents are really nice and wonderful I don't know why this has happened. Anyway she will also not hesitate to shank someone that isn't that serial killer if they try to kill her because she might be thirteen and ready to die, but it's gotta be By The Rules. She gets labeled as boring, dead, doll-like, blah blah, you get the idea. This bitch empty, yeet.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING:
Charles is acclimating to werewolf senses without knowing he's a werewolf yet. Uhhh, also writing an anime I guess??? Unsure how much of that is a joke. Slowly exploring gender identity in relation to his own dang body because he's not used to being stuck in it for so long.

Ray is currently a demon this month and having impulse control issues so in between pathetically lamenting her existence on her murder dad's floor and accidentally lighting things on fire, she's also like...stealing animals she sees outside so she can play with them. This does not always turn out great, in fact, please do not let her near animals. Oh also she sews and works with Ibuki, but hasn't embraced having proper hands again for that just yet.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Guys..........guys. I already wrote this once and I'm sick and it wasn't great the first time and it got eaten by reload and I'm just so tired... I'm interested in All, though, I'm very sorry at how nonspecific that is.
ANYTHING ELSE: Warnings for suicidal ideation/tendencies for both of them, with self harm and delusions for Charles, and animal death and corpse mutilation for Rachel. I'm...very sorry.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Genius orphan turned mob-affiliated international terrorist, Mello is probably one of the worst people you'll ever meet. He's a vain, terrible human being who will exploit his "allies" and enemies alike. The canon assigned "chaotic neutral" is absolute bullshit. He's just a self-serving, unsavory character.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: It's up in the air. He literally just experienced his first (Ryslig) death at the hands of Light Yagami so he'll be lying low in Djävulenstad (The Nest City) for the remainder of the month while probably planning how to make shit worse for himself and everyone around him.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Okay, so since it's nearly impossible to have positive CR with Mello, I'm leaning more along the lines of finding CR that is mutually beneficial for the characters. Most likely a "partners in crime" scenario, though gaining the amount of trust from him it would take to make this happen is tricky. I believe it can be done, though!

He's Fog-affiliated so I would definitely like to see him jive with more Fog followers, as he's a loner and kind of rolls solo in everything he does, but like. He's a member of a pseudo-religious organization so I'm assuming something can be done with that.

Also, he's the owner of The Red Room: the only bar/club in town which offers a drink that allows characters to become human during their stay, so I'd like to host the occasional event there. He's also always open to more employees!


ANYTHING ELSE: EST. I'm a blackjack dealer with a shit schedule, like my weekends and holidays are consistently monopolized. I tag in spurts for a few days then disappear for a week (or more), like I just completed a 3-way 100ish comment log over 3 or so days, and now my schedule is about to be boned again tomorrow.

SO FOR THIS REASON, I'm trying (for the time-being) to avoid super long, prosey tags, as it's easier to boomerang and actually get shit done without writing novels. I'll write them when I have them in me, but it definitely won't be a norm.

CHARACTERS: Lin Xue Ya

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Lin Xue Ya's solitary motivation in life is his own entertainment. Like, he actually said that. Out loud. To someone he just met who kind of wanted to kill him. This is the kind of person he is. His life's work is finding people who he thinks will be interesting targets and ruining their lives for funsies. He also seems to be quite enamored of the sound of his own voice and is generally very impressed with his own deviousness and intelligence. Basically, he's exactly the sort of person he tries to bring low, but in his eyes he can do whatever he wants and that's okay because it's him. He's a shit.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Xue Ya's been spending his time fishing for marks on the network whenever he's not working as a card dealer or telling his stories to people. I don't really have concrete plans for him going forward because he's still kind of putting out feelers to see who he can best screw over.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I'd love to play out one of his typical cons where he ingratiates himself with someone and manipulates them into doing something disastrous. I'd also totally be up for this playing out in reverse with someone beating him at his own game because he throws giant babyfits when he's thwarted and it amuses me. I'm also up for actual positive CR with people he's NOT trying to ruin, which is actually a thing that happens sometimes. Sometimes.

Messing with Butters would be great if it could be worked out. On one hand Waldo is bright and generally suspicious, on the other he's good natured so a bit slow to see things like that coming.

Waldo does have a bit of a petty revenge craving streak. It takes a lot to bring it out but something severe could do it.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Butters is stubbornly sticking to his work as a medic and his music to distract him from the last, what, year? Seriously it's been awful and he's had to deal with eating human flesh and stuff like that.
He means well but sometimes he sticks his foot in his mouth.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Trying to recover from the last few months that involved dying and zombies and turning into plants. He needs something to focus on or somebody to help. Anything to stop himself from feeling helpless.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Fun fluffy things or further awfulness is good. He might be joining the haze. He flat-out hates the Fog god but he's all for encouraging people not to kill each other.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Rick is a self-centered, self-destructive mad scientist and a cantankerous old man. He's used to traveling between worlds as he pleases.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: He's been in Ryslig for an entire year now and is trying not to think about that because it's really getting to him. Being trapped in one place is awful. Having to eat human souls is awful.

He's still kind of recovering from the plants dying inside him, among other things, but he might start thinking about trying to escape again or possibly trying to cure himself. Neither of these things will work.

He also lives off the grid in a house made of crates. Come visit him down by the abandoned fairgrounds.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Morally upright friends! Morally bankrupt friends! People who will fight him!

I also want get him working on or towards something sometime in the near future. I'd also kind of like to give him a win sometime soon. Also, he's pretty damn ruthless and a shameless opportunist, so if your character has something they want to accomplish, but they don't want to get their hands dirty... he could be their guy.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Marco is the former CEO of a tech company who has been in Ryslig for over 3 years now. In that time, he's joined a cult the Fourth God, fallen in love, become a priest, spiraled into a psychotic break that was prooobably at least a few years in the making, gotten better, remained a priest and married the love of his life, apple of his eyes, boss, former fellow priest.

He's got some issues he's trying to stay on top of. His friends and found family help.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: This month, Marco may be involved in some shit he will claim sole responsibility and profusely apologise for. Aside from that, I don't really have any short-term plans! I want to keep him dealing with his God Dilemmas for a little while longer, and I'm sure I'd like him to have one more extremely low point before he quits the priest thing, but that's more of a mid- to long-term idea, so for now he's just, you know, hanging. Doing computer nerd things, and aggressively casual god things because boy howdy he does not want to burrow himself into that rabbit hole again.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Oh jesus I'm so bad at this. Well, anything related to what I described above would be great, but aside from that, Marco is pretty versatile when it comes to CR! He's friendly enough for plain ol' positive CR, uptight and sometimes self-righteous enough for more negative CR... and his mental issues, which I try to do a good job writing but please god if anyone has crit lay it on me because I wanna do shit right, can be either something to bond over or something to exploit.

If you want a "low point" related to the Fourth God and stupid plans... basically the only reason Connie is staying with Elias is to try and prevent any incredibly stupid plans from being enacted, i.e. the kind of plan that will give somebody such a grudge that they'll amass a pseudo-zombie army down the line as a consequence, go crazy, and rampage across Ryslig on a hate bender for the Fourth God. Connie is primarily going to be angry at herself for failing to stop the Musical Episode from happening, but she's also going to externalize and lash out at Reira and Marco in all likelihood.

NAME: The Doomkitten, or Doom for short
CHARACTERS: Connie Maheswaran

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Connie is an idealistic, nerdy, almost scary smart young kid who just wants to help everyone. She's also a master swordswoman, a knight-in-training (formerly), and has extensive experience in fighting monsters on her homeworld.

Her experiences on Ryslig have left her at a crossroads: on the one hand, Connie desperately wants to prove that despite her monster-ness she's still capable of being a hero and helping people. On the other, Connie knows what she really needs is to just stop worrying and let herself be a kid again, since that's what she is at heart: a kid. On the third, weird faerie hand, Connie is desperately searching for a purpose on Ryslig beyond just serving one of the gods; something that is definitively Right and Just despite knowing full well that sort of thing is rare to nonexistent on the peninsula.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Having finally mostly-sorta recovered from trying to murder Greed during September's event, Connie is reacquainting herself with the world outside of Hill House. She'll be wandering the streets of Bavan, primarily moving from diner to diner and hanging out at Insert Coin. Connie will also be looking for a job to help pay her dues to the Hill House for putting her up, so if your character doesn't mind hiring a thirteen year-old or just doesn't think about why Connie's voice is so high for somebody of her stature she'll probably be willing to work for you.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: After accumulating a lot of positive CR, I think I'm in the mood for Connie to make some actual enemies. The problem is that it's really tough for her to actually make enemies, due to her general demeanor and her natural idealistic inclinations. But I'm also willing to make and/or refresh some positive CR if you want your muse to bounce off Connie a little bit.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Greed is that back alley demon no one wants to meet on a good day. Making deals, dabbling in the questionable legal - he's been in Ryslig for a while, but not much has changed. He's a sleaze, slippery, and oh boy, oh boy, is he always looking for the next, big thing.

ON THE FLIP SIDE, while he's avarice incarnate, he does have a few morals. Yours feel out of place, even in Ryslig? He'll take you. Big into causing trouble and dabbin' in the underworld? He's your guy. Greed's crew's mostly composed of Ryslig's outcasts. And he'd be more than happy to provide a place for yours.

JUST KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO...
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: RIGHT NOW HE'S still recovering from being possessed by whatever-the-fuck was in the mountains. He's mending relationships, making amends, and kind of cleaning shit up in his usual way. He's also opening up Djävulenstad a bit more, what with the disaster he made in Bavan.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: GREED'S had a lot of his crew vanish, so he's definitely looking for more possessions employees. ALSO HE MAY be trying to do a little more on the neutral party side.
