TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Moody sniper from a post apocalyptic wasteland with a Bad Past and plenty of issues because of said past, enjoys drinking and shooting things

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Opening the Lucky 38 casino to the public this month! I'll be making a log for it soon, so if your character is interested in gambling or even just social drinking, they should totally swing by! Otherwise he's just generally moping around because he kind of mauled his boyfriend recently ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
