Dandy has a lot of mixed feelings about Rick because he keeps pressing buttons on two totally different ends of the spectrum. Rick liked his ship, which is normally a huge plus, and generally Dandy tends to """respect""" older men. He also knows shit about space travel, which is a huge plus when you're surrounded by neanderthals.

Buuuuuuuut he also pisses him off in ways that are difficult to ignore, and his knowledge of space VERY CLEARLY included multidimensional travel, which is something Dandy kind of side eyes. ...And he's kind of a gross hobo.

So right now, he's very much in the MEH category of things. If Dandy had solid proof that Rick was the one making fun of his dick, things would be totally different. But, you know, it's hard to stay mad at someone who actually likes your ridiculous titty bar. If they hang out there and Dandy isn't stuck as a kaiju for once, he might even warm up to him. ...Maybe. "Warming up" with Dandy still includes a lot of fighting.

On the OOC side of things, I just wanna say that this was a crosscanon dream of mine, so thank you for putting up with my nonsense.

Also, you'd think that space travelers would have perspective and be all wise and worldly, but no... No, it's these guys.

LUCAS IS GROSS.

It's a shame I can't say the same about them getting along if their introduction were any different, Dandy has a really hard time getting along with guys near his own age and generally only makes friends with guys who either do whatever he says/actually believe he's cool somehow or are EXACTLY like him. ...And even then, that still includes a lot of fighting. So with that in mind and the fact that OBOE happened and that Lucas implied he doesn't care about Ibuki, Dandy will more than likely always be a whiny pissbaby towards him. He generally tries to behave around him if only because of Ibuki, but that normally would just involve removing himself from the situation entirely. He also thinks the way Lucas seems obsessed with her is really creepy and pokes at his big brother complex a lot.

Basically he's watchin' you, evil yoda.

Anyway, Dandy actually likes Sonia, but he isn't sure why she likes him...? Like the main reason why he's nice to her at all is because of Ibuki and her stupid dog rules, he's never given her a reason to be nice to him. So when she said she was going to be concerned for him, it kinda fucked him up. And gave him a reason to start...trying to get to know her. Having supportive people is different and new and weird, so he's obviously taking baby steps with this, but it's a nice change of pace?

Also he kind of worries about getting kicked out someday which would suck because living in a castle in the middle of nowhere is really convenient on fog days, he can just sleep outside, he has no idea what he'd do if he had to move to the city or something.
