Elsa's impression of Waldo is, by and large, a really good one. The accordion immediately endeared him to her, since (my headcanon is) that her father played it, and she appreciates that he was earnest enough about his audition even if he's like most of the monsters in Ryslig and doesn't particularly see the value in a freak show on a peninsula full of crazy-looking creatures. Elsa appreciates indulgence, and ultimately, that's what Waldo seemed to be willing to give her when they met. I foresee good and interesting CR in their future, even if Waldo's nice enough that she would probably try to push him around and take a little bit of advantage of that niceness.
