Here he is in his very own titty bar, a hot plant chick beckoning him over, just like the fog god would have wanted. That's what she's about, right? People doing whatever the hell they want? This is probably what she had in mind when she brought him here. Granted, it's a plant chick who managed to have luggage thrown at him, but details.
At the same time, it's almost weird seeing her from this angle. Yuuko isn't like a typical BooBie's girl, he always got the impression that she held herself...above everything. My wishes? [Her expression doesn't fall but her scarlet eyes do lower for only a moment. He's not seriously asking so she shouldn't answer. His expected answer is probably a kiss from him. (She's not going to say that in a million years.)

[She raises her gaze to meet his once more, putting a finger under his chin and offering a coy smile.] Now are you just going to stand there looking at me or are you going to allow one of your wishes to come true? I really will change my mind if you take too long.
[It's hard to say what kind of things go on in Dandy's mind. A lot of people would say it's absolutely nothing, but there are rare moments where one could almost swear a thought happened. It only lasts a second, Dandy tries so hard to keep that stupid, childish grin on his face as he eyes her up and down, calculating the perfect next move while she speaks. It's only until she finishes that her words register completely, and for a split second his eyes soften just a little bit. Well then, he didn't have to think about where to begin anymore.
He smirks when he feels her on his chin, pushing her hand away as he leans in closer. There is no personal space in BooBies, he gets close enough where his breath reaches her neck, the scent of her various flora flooding his nose and overwhelming his senses. It's amazing, he's never met a woman like this before, one that can play with his senses just by existing. Before he can get lost in scent alone, Dandy finds himself at her jawline and presses his lips softly near her ear as he brushes away both hair and plant alike. It's surprisingly gentle, uncharacteristically so, or maybe it's just lazy considering it's...him. Either way, it gets him closer to his true target.
It's all part of his master plan, he can't get any closer to whisper into her ear.]

[Abruptly, Dandy slams one of his hands against the table, almost like he's angry at...something? Who knows. Although whatever it is, it has him hopping off, hands behind his head as he starts to walk away.]
Which is too bad, guess you'll just have to grant my wish some other time.
