Welcome to Ryslig's test drive meme! If you're considering apping here, this is where you can try your characters out in the game's setting. A few things to note: The State of the Game Discussion produced a lot of great suggestions and we now have a post for Plot Suggestions and Monster Questions. You can only app ONE character per round so choose wisely. Reserve and application dates have been announced. Test drive meme threads can be used for your roleplay sample! Sample scenarios: SCENARIO ONE: You've just been released from the hospital in Vandare and no one really seems to know what to do with you. The locals offer polite advice but don't seem to want to spend a lot of time with you. You and the other new arrivals stick out like sore thumbs, so perhaps one will spot you wandering about town. SCENARIO TWO: You've become hopelessly lost in Lager Woods. Paths don't seem to lead where you remember them leading, and you feel as if you're going around in circles. Childlike giggling can be heard from no direction in particular. Suddenly, you stumble upon another character, who seems to be just as lost as you! Perhaps you can find a way out together. SCENARIO THREE: The time has come and you've found yourself becoming a monster. Is the change instant, or gradual? Are you familiar enough with monsters to know what's happening, or is it a complete shock? NOTE: Feel free to pick any monster type for this prompt, but note that you may not get the same one in game.

[He can't decide if giving in was going crazy or not but he'd long ago accepted that rebirth took many forms even if it included ...becoming...a twelve foot long scorpion.

It's not as though he's alone in being a free. In the company of other monsters is where he'd felt most at home, catching or killing them and besides whatever this was had given him a chance to get in touch with his artistic side far more then John had ever suspected.

It's really more of a series of holes, his web. Lightly covered by dirt in some cases but pure white, delicate like fallen snow in others. It's an anomaly.

Too bad investgating said holes would result in falling through if you were unlucky to step on them.

Today however he's planning on experimenting. The tail drips venom, he knows that, and he should become familiar with himself.. So the closest person to the holes, if they remain entranced, might get a stab to the back. Literally. Just a test. Not dangerous.

Or perhaps not. Unlike others he's not bothered with a compunction of eating humans.]

[Since his need for water had completely overcome him, Eren had been making trips every other day to the river running through Lager Woods. He preferred it to the ocean, because it wasn't quite as big. And he'd gotten... well. Lost out there. He'd stayed in the sea for two whole days before he realized how much time had passed. And despite his changes? Eren wasn't quite ready to give up life on land.

But is pretty sure that these holes were not here, in the middle of his path, two days ago. They were odd, very orderly and well arranged. What was this glistening white stuff covering them? He crouches down and touches it, carefully, with a webbed, clawed hand]
