[A woman who looks entirely out of place walks along the very edge of the beach. Her clothes are impeccable, but bring to mind the 19th century, and her gloves and parasol hide any skin from the sun. What looks like a dark colored fox fur lines her neck, and she seems to have (very well-fitting, like maybe they can't actually move) fur bracelets. Her ears are hidden (pinned back) in the fluff of her hair, and the hem of her dress just avoids touching the ground.
It doesn't matter if Ellie runs away. She's left footprints in the beach. Small footprints, clearly not those of a fully grown adult. Justine stops and muses over them for a moment, considering whether she wants to deal with children today. She never wants to deal with children, but they can sometimes prove to be useful.]
You can reveal yourself. There are more dangerous predators than myself out there. [That's... probably not actually as true as she would have people believe, but she's not much of a threat to Ellie. It's men who should fear her the most.]
