For reals, Crow doesn't really know much about Yuto, and hasn't yet figured out how to get him to talk more freely. He understands Yuto is friends with Shun, but unlike Shun, Crow hasn't worked out what Yuto's interested in, or what bothers him. It's something he'll work at in further encounters.
That said, Crow also genuinely had absolutely no idea that their past couple of encounters seemed to have bothered Yuto as much as they apparently have. If Yusei is approaching him about it, then it's clearly quite serious. It's something he'll apologise about next time they meet, for sure.
