This is a very interesting question, thanks to where Reira stood on the whole previous Steves matter-as noted on plurk, Reira actually wasn't entirely aware of the fact that there were different Steves in Ryslig until recently, so as a result, when (this) Steve came in, there was a lot of lingering feelings from that.

He doesn't know Steve very well obviously, but he knows that he's very important to Bucky, and from what he can see, is a very caring sort-someone that deserves that importance, if that makes sense. He's definitely someone he'd take the word of very seriously as well-so if Steve asked him to do something he'd probably put a lot of consideration into it (strong exceptions being things like abandoning the 4th god, etc etc thank you loyalty brainwashing)
