Ryslig has actually made him a lot more honest, but he still has major jealousy issues. He's a fully transformed wendigo now, his monster info page is up to date!
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: SLAPS DESK this month, Oren is getting ice powers! They've already been approved so I'm just waiting for around the 26th to have them set in so I can get an open log up! They'll be largely out of control at first, so if you want any icy plottings ahead of time hit me up!!
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: He really needs some new close friends, since old ones have left and his own trauma has blocked him from a lot of the things he usually would do. Drinking buddies, people he can talk to, hang out with, FUN THINGS, maybe even casual sex buddies, he is down for just about anything honestly.

I feel like I commented on your thing last CR meme and I can't remember. Whether I did or not, I definitely want CR with this guy. (If I did comment, I'm so sorry, I've just been so busy since then.) AM is really awful and I can understand if you don't want to interact with a character like him, but otherwise I think there is potential for something hilariously awful here. They could be friends with AM trying to bring out his jealousy, or they could be enemies.

A self-assured fourteen-year-old who is also an undead alien, and -- you guessed it -- fights a war of the worlds with card games. Spent like half the series in a coma, then got killed three times (all of which she blames herself for, of course). Outside of that, though, she's a sophisticated ojousama who enjoys challenging others at sports/games because she knows she can kick nearly anyone's ass at them, but is also friendly and personable if you stay on her good side. If not... well, hope you like it cold.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Well, since the last time I bothered to put a comment up, Rio has obtained a brother, a boyfriend, and a couple of decent CR links! Ostensibly she may be getting into a fight with one particular character at some point, and will definitely be having a bit of a revelation during the glass witch event (and most likely making a network post about it). Otherwise, I'm just sort of inserting her where I see potential!
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Looking in equal measure for positive and negative CR, particularly the kind that might stick or offer interesting challenges to everyone involved! For friends, she's a little cautious about new people most of the time, but also perfectly willing to lend a hand or be helpful to someone in need, or otherwise provide moral support. And on the negative side, Rio's quite stubborn and bull-headed when she wants to be, so if there's something she might clash over with someone else, dragging that out to its fullest extent could be a fun time, too.
As another note, she hates cats, so manticores are welcome to play that up as much as they like. B)

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Mattias is a fully transformed kelpie with big ass wings. Originally, he's from a desert world with no night and previously hosted a goddess. He's a pretty awkward, temperamental guy who does his best to be kind and helpful. Not very good at it yet. Also has a ~*tortured past*~ ooh so complex
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Nothing too exciting! He works at a local hole-in-the-wall flower shop and lives in Bavan. He'll probably be trying to do random good things for folks but he's not that great at it so who knows. Also still trying to adjust to Ryslig! There's a lot of differences from his homeworld and he's only now deciding to not be stubborn about it.

I'd like for him to start going back to his roots and making some traditional medicine stuff but idk if anyone's into that. Reira Akaba: Small and very LITERAL child, he actually does recognize sarcasm but as of late tends to just ignore itbecause he doesn't care about that. Reira's a well-meaning little undead kid but he's been in Ryslig for a long enough time that it's kiiiiiinda affected his morals enough that he's been considering going after people a little more...Very 4th devour too by the way, so that's a thing.
Loki: Loki is a fairly optimistic werebear, tallest 12-13 year old you'll ever see. Also tends to mean things for the best, though he DOES occasionally pull a joke that goes a bit too far. Playing dead, etc etc. (That's lightened up thanks to Flame Princess, probably.) He sided with the 4th for less than loyal reasons but now he's sort of in a weird loyalty limbo thanks to going in there one too many times...also works for the lawbringers, so there's that!
Noa Kaiba: Noa is probably one of the more mature of the muses, though give him a computer and he drops right back into being a taunting shitstain (largely because no one can find and maul him). Recently gone adept, he tends to bury himself in work and has over all been going through the monster motions as far as existence goes. WHO KNEW LIFE COULD BE SO BORING EY?? Intelligence aside, he's also technically 10.
Yuuri Wakasa: A workaholic arachne who's generally going to be more concerned about literally everyone other than her, at least if they seem decent enough. Yuuri its a more motherly/sisterly sort, and another 'passive' muse in terms of going around and doing things. People are more likely to run into her doing errands, honestly.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING:
Reira Akaba: Mostly Reira's going to be wandering around between CR houses being overly worried about a spider-his month is otherwise a somewhat quiet one since his logs around this time have been more private affairs whoop.
Loki: BIRTHDAY PARTIES ARE HAPPEN. Aw yes.
Noa Kaiba: Late this month Noa's getting a new home from Mana JUST ONE HITCH IN THINGS he won't know where it is. Oops. No quests yet but there WILL be one and there'll probably be a log for it.
Yuuri Wakasa: Yuuri is working Very Hard, balancing three jobs and running around on spidery legs...at the end of the month she'll be getting an extra link to her arms in addition to doing some sorta quest to expand her apartment so HEY that's things.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN:
Reira Akaba: Things that make him aware of how 'frozen' he is-I'm serious. Kiddo's been undead almost a whole year, means he hasn't grown any for a whole year, so it's something I'm open to playing around with.
Loki: OH GOSH uh all kinds of things really, Loki pokes his nose anywhere and everywhere. It'd be really neat if more Sanctuary related stuff came up though, and I'd be open to getting him into some more serious scuffles.
Noa Kaiba: Same old same old, Noa could use some CR that won't enable him to stick around inside all the time. His snakes are kinda useful in this regard but it'd also be neat if anyone wants to take advantage of his tree chair as well; he doesn't need it any more but he keeps it around like some weird brambly pet.

As far as Ryslig is concerned, HE'S A MER, has a twin sister that's a gargoyle, and he's slowly beginning to get footing in this world. He's not very friendly and easily angered/set on destructive paths of revenge, but generally not too bad of a guy, depending on who you ask - definitely hanging out in the "tsundere" category for now.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Ryouga will continue being the mooching mer roommate of IV and Rio. Mostly, he'll be trying to get stronger and prove that he's not a useless housepet. He's got all of his visual changes now, still waiting on the retractable claws and poison but he'll find out about those things next month as a fun surprise. Also, he'll be looking to test out some of his new powers and old skills - his sister got him a bass guitar, so he needs to break it in.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: A 120-something political officer, hailing from the extremely xenophobic Grim Darkness of the Far Future. He's so self-serving and cowardly that he loops right back around into benevolent and brave. He lies like he invented it, often just to sound Cooler than he actually is. He's a jovial guy and occasionally makes friends because they're usefuland he genuinely enjoys their company.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Seeing as Cain is still a new-ish Baby Monster, he's just settling into the grind of transformation. Otherwise he works at the orphanage and occasionally tries to use the network but he doesn't like it very much because What Is Chatting. Also he's Kind of Traumatized by being ripped apart by Larxene during the Vows event even if he's trying desperately to deny it to himself. w hoops.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Cain needs to get More Involved with other people, positively AND negatively; more particularly, he has a knack for accidentally talking himself into situations, so I'd definitely like to have him get roped into dangerous and/or ridiculous situations! But also, if someone needs a Dad, he sometimes can be convinced to be a Dad. Or if you've threaded with him before and want more threads, I'm up for figuring things out!

He might be moody, but he tends to care a lot about other people and would generally offer a hand to help out. Ever since he arrived in Ryslig, his complex end up getting kind of... complicatedly worse?

He's a serial killer and lover of all things freak, which usually means both monsters but he's starting to realize that not all monsters have the same twisted viewpoint as him, and some of them would even harm people like him.

Then he built a sweet metal suit and became a superhero or something. Now he's still privileged and still an asshole, but he's also focused on penance, cleaning up his messes, and generally doing the right thing. Or whatever he thinks is the right thing. Important distinction.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: He's just kinda taking it easy this month, but end of March/beginning of April Stark Tower will be appearing in central Bavan, near whatever's currently left of the "rich" district. It's gonna need a lot of work to put it on the grid (since its arc reactor won't be working) and get it in shape, so he'll be occupied with that for a while.
He's still working with an energy company in Bavan as a consultant, helping them improve some of their processes and expand their business, but trust-building and progress in general is slow when all your coworkers know you eat people.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Once work on the tower's underway, Tony will probably be asking for some input from some different monster types on specialized gym equipment they'd like to see, since that will take up an entire floor in the tower. There's also space for a restaurant in there, and a handful of luxury apartments.

He was enjoying his new life as a fallen arch-angel until his old mentor showed up. The reunion didn't go well. Not long after that, he ends up at Ryslig as a human before turning in to a shade.
He currently works as a carpenter (mostly been doing work in Sanctuary),a bounty hunter/lawbringer for Nisha and a bouncer/enforcer/occasional overseer at the Devil's Nest. San was aligned with the 4th god back in April 2015, which lasted for several months before he broke ties after an event involving a friend from home. He's currently neutral and not interested in joining either side. He can usually be found at Brasskettle manor or the Devil's Nest in Vandare or Sanctuary.

CHARACTERS: Kaito Kuroba
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER:
Kaito is the son of world-famous magician, Touichi Kuroba. He's learned everything about magic from his father and considers himself one of the best magicians around. What he doesn't tell people is that his dad was also a world-famous thief known as Phantom Kid. Circumstances mean Kaito has also taken on the mantle (a true like father, like son story), and if he doe say so himself, he's damn good at what he does.
Since his arrival in Ryslig, he's changed quite a bit from happy, bubbly, thoughtless teenager to someone a little more mature (just a bit). While he still leans towards being optimistic and idealistic, his views have been tempered by everything he's gone through since June last year. Kid's no longer a persona he puts on either - he's a separate personality who coexists. Sometimes they go after jewels in Bavan and will announce that by a riddle over the network. People may know him for the fireworks he put on at Tanabata in August last year, as well as the fireworks show that went wrong during Enjolras' Christmas ball.
He does other oddball jobs upon request: if you need something unique or practical made involving magic and good old science, he will do his best to make it. (E.g. He's come up with a lighting solution for the upcoming deep-sea Hemlig dive and he helped Beat with a certain gift.)
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER WILL BE DOING:
In the upcoming week (March 20-27), Kaito will be on the expedition to Hemlig. Afterwards, if all goes well, I have to decide whether his temporary monster change to a manticore kicks in before April Fools or not. He's going to be modelled after the Sphinx (yay, riddle cat!) and Kid will be forced to deal with a strong itch to ask people riddles and devour those who answer wrong. I'm already planning the heist/riddle for that occasion. :')
There are some private plots that he's also going to be involved in (book-eating with Stocke, vampire feeding with Killua...). Beyond that, I'm going to have a post (not sure if OOC or IC) with Kaito looking for workers for the Silver Moon bar.
For the Glass Witch player event in April, Kaito will possibly get hit in the chest with a shard. He's also got some nice, distressing memories to show...heh.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Joe was an ordinary joe who got sucked into a land of movies after his girlfriend was kidnapped by the villains of the show. He's given a V-watch and superhero abilities from his favorite superhero of all time (CAPTAIN BLUE) and then sets off to rescue his girl, SILVIA! And, like, save the whole of Movieland, yo! Basically he's a big ridiculous goofball that managed to get superpowers and a costume and now runs around as a superhero. Sometimes he spouts HEROIC things about JUSTICE and HONOR and having SPIRIT and stuff. Most of the time he's just a doofus with an ego that gets him into trouble but a heart of gold that wins the day in the end. Either way, when all's said and done, he's VIEWTIFUL JOE.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Currently in the month of March Joe has been simultaneously moping about the fact that his best bro, Alastor, has left Ryslig and distracting himself thoroughly with happier things such as skateboards and cat shenanigans. As seen here and here. After that... I'm really not sure. Chillaxin mostly. His usual schedule is to sleep in the morning/afternoon, get up during the evening and laze about or go into one of the towns for some random fun, and then on work days he goes to bartend of the Devil's Nest at night until early morning hours. The night life worked well for him since his roommate was a gargoyle.... he misses him. :c

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Farkle is your usual dumb disney kid. Mostly. He's a genius with dreams of taking over the world one day. He has a love for musical theater and a deep loyalty to those he calls friends. Sometimes more than just a little eccentric... and he's kind of socially unaware sometimes, to the point they thought to test him for autism, but that seems to stem from his home situation. Which read: Not always so great with parents fighting or not at home. In spite of that, in the past year-or-so of his life he's started looking towards other people's needs and wanting to do his best for them.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: He tends to ask a lot of questions and is always interested in people. Usually I'd say he'd be going out, but after incidents he'll be hanging around in the cast hotel more. He might possibly have a town and later a city soon, so he'll probably be trying to get people to come there! He wants to set up a place people can kind of live freely and do whatever research or business they like :u because that's somehow important to him here. Other than that, he really misses school and will be looking for anyone who might be able to teach a young genius something.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Farkle is your usual dumb disney kid. Mostly. He's a genius with dreams of taking over the world one day. He has a love for musical theater and a deep loyalty to those he calls friends. Sometimes more than just a little eccentric... and he's kind of socially unaware sometimes, to the point they thought to test him for autism, but that seems to stem from his home situation. Which read: Not always so great with parents fighting or not at home. In spite of that, in the past year-or-so of his life he's started looking towards other people's needs and wanting to do his best for them.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: He tends to ask a lot of questions and is always interested in people. Usually I'd say he'd be going out, but after incidents he'll be hanging around in the cast hotel more. He might possibly have a town and later a city soon, so he'll probably be trying to get people to come there! He wants to set up a place people can kind of live freely and do whatever research or business they like :u because that's somehow important to him here. Other than that, he really misses school and will be looking for anyone who might be able to teach a young genius something.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Negative and positve cr is cool! A lot of my threads end up serious, so I'd enjoy some lightheartedeness here or there. Especially as he's trying too hard to be adultlike right now that some sort of breather is nice! He has friends of all types and so he'd be okay with sillier or more heroic people in that instance. I do want to get him into more trouble soon either in trying to mess around with the godstuff or just :U saying the wrong thing.

I feel like Percy and Farkle should go on a Knowledge Mission together - Percy because he misses Annabeth fiercely and is going to deal with it by getting his GED. It'd possibly be more cooperatively self-teaching, but it's something, right? :3

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: A regent from the warring states of Japan, and one of the few acknowledged generals during that time. Hideyoshi considers himself the hand that will guide 1500's Japan toward unification and the leader who will shape the country for the better so that it may one day compete with the entire world. Hideyoshi is all about being STRONG, both in body and mind, and he doesn't really bother with anything else that doesn't involve totalitarianism or rebuilding his army anew in Ryslig, but lately he's been giving into his more primal instincts that have come with the change of being a werewolf- such as starting unnecessary fights!!
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: STARTING FROM THE GROUND UP, he'll mostly focus on gathering more members for the Toyotomi army, along with his close friend and tactician Takenaka Hanbei. for now the group acts as a united front against humans wishing harm on monsters but eventually hideyoshi will want more monsters to have under his command.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: ANYONE who would like to spit on Hideyoshi's feet, tell him off, fight him or basically try and figure out what the heck is his DEAL. Strongly dislikes both gods. Basically always under stress of some kind in Ryslig, and is in a constant battle regarding his identity as a monster.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Flame Princess is actually the king (misleading names go) of the Fire Kingdom, after having unceremoniously booted her dad off the throne twice for being Grade A Terrible. She's a fire elemental back home, i.e. literally made of fire, so has a bit of a weird way of thinking about things and still isn't entirely used to human stuff since there's only one human left in Ooo. She lives in her ex-boyfriend's treehouse behind that castle between Bavan and Sanctuary.
Meenah is a "punky fish princess" who despite all evidence to the contrary is also a Grown-Ass Adult, who likes stabbing things with her ridiculously swag double-ended golden trident and also cash, gold and all other possible monetary gains. She has a rather skewed morality due to her love of murder and also being the Thief of Life, basically the very definition of someone destined to kill for a cause, and spends a lot of her time bar-trawling in Bavan, hustling pool and destroying people at poker, which is how she makes most of her money. She probably wouldn't turn down an actual job as a bouncer or something like that, though.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Flame Princess completed her changes a while ago, so mostly her stuff to do with that will be helping newbies (though I am considering having her discover the whole "turns into a plant while asleep" thing sometime). She'll also be helping out around Loki's birthday party later this month, since it's being held in her treehouse and all. Longer-term, she's building up coins to ask Tikbalang (well, Mana when she finds out it's Mana now) to get rid of her fire weakness.
Meenah is in Roxas' little group of "fuck the Fog and/or Fourth Gods" folk and is raring to get some stabbing done on that front, but depending on how things go over there that could go very many ways. Otherwise, she's getting her tail and RIDICULOUS FEATHERY RUFF soon, and also probably her travel form which I may make a log forsince i've never actually made a main comm log here before orz.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Meet Yuya! He's a cute athletic nerd that likes circus themes and general fun and entertainment, being a role model to a gaggle of nine year olds, and pendulums. He's also got deep seated trauma from paternal abandonment and bullying that he tries to hide by smiling a lot and not-so-secretly crying into his goggles while his not-girlfriend Yuzu (operadiance) attempts to Fight all of his problems. They are adorable.
In the place they're from, the coastal Maiami City (but in Japan, Not Florida) - technology has advanced in such a way that the monsters and magic from a trading card game can become solid and functionally real. In Yuya's world, this is great! It's used for a new addition to the game where you ride around on the monsters picking up extra cards to turn the tides in your favor, but Yuya takes it a step further and tries to use that to create entertainment for an audience. But wait, get the door, IT'S TWO OTHER DIMENSIONS AND THEY'RE USING IT FOR WAR. (And also the fourth dimension that's neutral but extremely corrupt and you will hate it.)
Anyway, fun-loving Yuya is Strongly Against using cardgames for the purpose of conflict, but he gets roped into the war anyway and then he suffers a lot. Forever. Also, there's a guy from each dimension that has the same face as him, there's something weird going on with all their dragon cards which can make him absorb and/or mind synch with them (and god knows what else). The aforementioned absorption means that in canon and outside of Ryslig, he and his castmate Yuto (darkduelist) are basically sharing a body, and that occasionally makes them go into a Crazy Superpowered Mode that Yuya does not remember. GOOD STUFF.
Ryslig-wise, he's a naga (but he feeds on energy via petrification, thanks to a wish to de-lethalize himself from the late and great Tikbalang.) He also believes both gods are 1000% evil because of the way the fourth wall event shook down. He lives with his roommates Yuto, Shun Kurosaki, Yuzu, Shingo Sawatari, Reira and Tsukikage in an apartment that is now shaped like an enormous T, and he makes most of his money doing a manzai comedy show in Bavan. If all else fails you can meet him while he's walking his adorable corgi. And that's about it!
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: This month? Being hella depressed from vows, neglecting to hunt because of it, and going on a petrifying spree..... Next month WHO KNOWS, magic pancakes are involved. And he'll probably get sucked into mirror land trying to save kids, MAYBE I'LL MAKE HIS MIRRORS SHOW HIS CANON BERSERK MODE?? since he never has any memory of it to begin with so heeeeey it'll be as new for him as it is for you! Distress all around.

Yuya is kind of weird for a protag, he really needs a kick in the pants sometimes and is the type who mostly gets pointed in a direction rather than figuring out what to do on his own (and this of course can be pretty hard on me too haha), but this would be excellent for him! PUT THIS TOMATO TO WORK.

CHARACTERS: Crow Hogancawnviction
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Crow's an orphan who grew up in the slums and raised over 5 similarly orphaned kids all on his own, and became a criminal with multiple convictions (for theft) and somehow later became a traffic cop. Crow's a pretty friendly and social guy, but he's also prone to punching people when he's angry with them... and punching them when he's pleased, too.
You'll usually encounter him with his motorbike, which is currently a sweet 1950s styled ride. Has a tendency to offer people rides on it, which they immediately regret accepting because there is no such thing as speed limits where he's from. Don't ask me how him being a traffic cop works.
He's a shorty mer with a violent transformation from land to sea (his whale 'mask' crushes his human skull and consumes it) and vice versa (liquefied bone bursts from his mouth and reforms into his human face).
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Crow will be going on that expedition to Hemlig! Primarily searching the water, but he'll be around in general, too.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Making connections with INFORMATION GATHERERS, OR PEOPLE OTHERWISE LOOKING INTO THE HISTORY OF RYSLIG! Crow has been hooking up with people who can be contacted as sources of information about various Ryslig related things on the down low. Alternatively, if your character is looking for information on something, if Crow himself can't provide, then he may know someone who can.
He was part of the expedition that went to the Aldrig mountain ranges to the east of the peninsula, and was the person who reported the results to the network. He also received a few translated words of the Hemlig script from Mana, if your character is looking into that sort of thing.
ANYTHING ELSE: I live in Australia and work full-time, so my tags generallly come at a rate of once per day, though I've been sick lately. However, I'm always happy to plot things out and see threads to closure.

I still want Yuto to one day accept Crow's offer for a ride... And then Yuto will realize that he was right to dislike d-wheels and motorbikes.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Tayler is small, ginger, Australian and she is a cop in her heart even though she can't really get a job in law enforcement with the antennae and the wings and stuff. She's a faerie, pretty much fully transformed except that she doesn't have her fog form yet. She works a handful of odd jobs around Bavan so she can be just about anywhere and she is compulsively helpful.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: No real specific plans. She'll be moving house in the next couple weeks, working, and also she is going to need to feed again soon. She's not happy about it, obviously.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I love everything, positive and negative CR! I wouldn't mind finding more people for her to NOT get along with but lol she's kind of compulsively nice too, unless you're mean to her first. Anyone who wants to do flight practice with her (she's still a little shaky on those wings), or hang out by the water would be fun.
ANYTHING ELSE: No triggers, really. I usually try to keep to at least one tag a day but I work full time and I am currently planning a cross country move hahahaaa so I might not be able to keep that up every day, but I will try!!
