Well, you see, I mainly draw Monster Reference Art. That is, full body pictures of your characters with little sketches of extra details on the side. You know, just in case you wanted to show people a close-up of your kickass manticore's three rows of teeth.

If you haven't finalised your monster design, never fear! I also help with designs by throwing very quick sketches at people who commission me (based on the ideas they currently have) until they say, "Yes, this design, this design is the design I want now pls draw this better." Best of all, it comes at no extra charge!

Well, YEAH. If you stalk the ryslig Tumblr tag, you would've seen the sheer amount of ryslig art I've done. Like 3 Tumblr pages worth of it. But here's examples of previous commissions!!:

Tavros is a kelpie and has bull kelp for hair which grows a ridiculous amount every day so he's started keeping it back in a braid, his grey skin is tinged black with a white blaze down his face. he's got the gangly arms of doom, thick fingernails, horse legs with fluffy feet, and still has his ridiculously useless horns.

I have no reference art for Yukio right now, because I seem to have lost my tablet (but found a bath bomb while looking, so I have that going for me, which is nice.), but I'd love to see other people's impressions of him. I will try to provide a description.

His normal shape isn't honestly all that different from normal, if you ignore the fangs and the vaguely batlike ears and the tail (mouse-tailed bat for the win!) but his fog form is significantly different.

Namely he has a bat head, taking after his bat form's. These little things. But with saber-cat like fangs. :E He's got more muscular shoulders and chest, as if to power mighty wings!!! But he doesn't have wings. His arms are longer, his fingers (except his thumb) very long and spindly, but there's no webbing between them, just sharp claws on the end. He has short but digitgrade-like legs with long bat-toes, and the most comfortable position is hunched over so he's practically knuckle-walking like apes do. Head, shoulders and down his back are thickly furred but nowhere else.

Also once he gets his bonus coin rewards this form will also have glasses. Because being a vampire didn't improve his vision. Frankly he's an ungainly, awkward-looking and ugly thing in the fog.

I have some references for Yuya! here for the main naga design, here for placement of runes (meant to resemble playing card suits + Xiangke Magician's hat symbol and shield) - here is set of Troll Yuya for the Halloween event that shows a good idea of what they look like as runes.

...For clothes, he just wears the collar, pendulum necklace, shirt and wristbands. Think this!

I can do art, and in fact, I'd like to do so to get in some practice. For samples of my work, I mostly have cartoony stuff, but I can do more humanoid designs as well. I just don't have as many samples on hand.

Hey! I'm a bit faithless in my art abilities but I am regardless up to do some requests/trades or something for people. Because drawing ridiculous and detail-y designs is great and I will never not enjoy it. Since I have a tendency to not finish things and I have some stuff upcoming too it'd most likely be sketches or ink + pencil colouring at most for requests, but trades depends on what's offered, obvs.

If anyone wants to draw Meenah or FP (or see some sketchy refs of how I usually draw), here's FP's reference and Meenah's reference in which I keep forgetting to draw horns. For colour reference purposes: FP's plants are sundew, flame tree and those horn looking things are actually podostroma cornu-damae, while Meenah's bird species is the grey crowned crane.
