You mean glow-in-the-dark stickers!
They're still stickers. Just thicker, and sturdier.
They take in light, and then release it when it's dark. They're pretty cool- it would've been nice to have them on my piano lid I think.
You couldn't turn the lights out where it was, so the lid was how things stayed dark.
