[She glances down at the broken shoe on Artemis' foot, and god, it feels weird not to care about material things like nice shoes anymore. Her nymph brain insists that material possessions like shoes and clothes don't really matter anymore. They are unnatural and unimportant in the grand scheme of things. What matters is getting her frenemy someplace comfortable so Dee can try and explain what the hell is happening. Whether or not Artemis believes her is a whole different thing, something to tackle later.

She glances toward the line of trees decorating the sidewalk and feels... approval. Encouragement. They seem to believe she's doing the right thing by helping rather than abandoning Artemis. Being a nymph is strange sometimes; it means believing that every living (and undead) thing is important. Even when you don't necessarily like them all that much.]

[She's going to harass him into stealing shoes for her. Dee has learned that she can convince people to do shit for her just by promising not to eat them if they help her out.]
