Phil Connors | Groundhog Day

4-1 Pooka
[Phil realized pretty quickly what was going on with the fog. He was pretty aware of how god, if he exists, seems to thrive on fucking him over and watching him suffer, so he becomes pretty apathetic when he notices that his ears are becoming rodent like and his front teeth fall out only to be replaced by large teeth.

Of course he would start to transform into a groundhog. He might as well at this point.

And maybe it's because he's too used to his shitty things happening to him, or maybe it's because he's begun to shut down his emotions to cope, but when he starts getting the Hunger, he just shrugs and sets out to find whoever he can get food out of.]

Hey you got some bones I could chew on?

[He may or may not decide to attack you if you refuse to help him on his quest to chew on bones, fair warning.]

4-2 Pooka still
[While Phil expected the turning into a monster and the wanting to commit cannibalism, one thing he didn't expect was his overwhelming urge to burrow.

Maybe he should have expected it, what with reliving a day about a rat coming out of his hole for years now, but sometimes you miss details like this. Especially when you wake up one day feeling uncomfortable with the fact that you're sleeping above ground.

So you'll see Phil all day gathering all the blankets in his apartment and crawling into the lowest place possible for his burrow. Which, considering that it was getting pretty close to winter and that he's honestly pretty cold and tired, he's really just lying in a ditch in a bundle of blankets.

If your character approaches him, he will get a soft mumble of:]

Leave me here. This is my life now.

[He's fine.]
