There are several reasons he's furious, honestly, starting with "he's supposed to be dead and he was kind of getting used to that idea" and "no one sends the Lord of Cruxis somewhere like this without his permission", but there's a bigger one. With his powers gone, he can feel. More importantly, he can't stop himself from feeling. He can't even fly.
It's as if he's... human.
So, generally speaking, there's just an extremely angry child fuming on the beach, not even bothering to stand up from the sand and the surf. The locals are generally leaving him alone, but there seem to be a few unsavory types gathering nearby trying to figure out what to deal with him.
Maybe help this actual twelve-year-old (lol) out? ]

[ Later, however, he's a little more active, specifically reading deeply a specific pamphlet. He's outright ignoring the rest of the pamphlets being foisted on him, as well as the townsfolk, both good and bad.
Sooner or later, though, he reaches the end of the pamphlet and approaches the nearest person who looks to be in his situation and not a local, clearing his throat as if he's trying to figure out what voice to speak in-- ]
E-excuse me. Do you happen to know anyone who turned into one of these... "Nephilim"? I've got some... questions.
