NAME: Ki!
CHARACTERS: Jataro Kemuri
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Jataro is a murderous little ten year old who - along with his friends - killed his mother and started mass killing all adults in their town in an effort to create a children's paradise because of how badly adults treat children in his canon. He's coming around to finding that all adults may not as bad as they seem, though he's still just as disturbing and murderous as ever. He's kind of slow and has some extreme self esteem issues, thinking of himself as just the worst person in the world and wanting everyone to hate him while, deep down, he really just wants friends and love. He's an art prodigy, creating works that easy rival famous artists like Michaelangelo and able to apply those skills to other things like fixing furniture or household appliances. Also he controlled a giant fighting robot and loves playing pretend.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Enjoy living as a monster of course! He's joined the Fog God and is currently sitting at Tier 2, and is about to perform a large sacrifice in her honor. About to as in at the end of this week. Otherwise he just wants to run around, mug humans, eat ice cream and have fun. He's interested in building a children's paradise here with his friend, is currently convinced he has a crush on Nagisa but isn't sure what to do about it, and wants to swim with other mers/other people in general.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I don't have anything specific that I'm interested in this time around! I feel like I have my cr shopping list done at this point. But I'll always welcome any art cr he could make (both artists and art admirers alike), more kids, and people who appreciate ice cream and candy. Adults who aren't so bad and Fog cr are a plus too. And of course I'm always open to negative cr since I'm sure not everyone is down with "murdering is fun" and "all adults should die".
ANYTHING ELSE: I'm PST and my tagging schedule tends to be weird. I'm usually on the slower side, though I can do boomerang tagging too. As always, Danganronpa is a canon that touches on pretty touchy subjects, Another Episode especially. Things like child abuse of all forms can come up with Jataro, as well as other pretty gruesome subjects, so if you have any issues with that at all please check out my opt out post and let me know! Whether it's subjects you'd like avoided or if you'd prefer to avoid tagging Jataro all together!

NAME: Katar
CHARACTERS: Nagisa Shingetsu
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Nagisa is a child prodigy and the former Super Elementary School Level Social Studies, because of course that talent school bullshit had a kiddy level too. He's very smart and responsible, and his idea of fun is reading books. He's incredibly serious for a ten year old, it's pretty easy to forget you're talking to a kid a lot of the time. Really, he's a nice kid though, provided you are also a kid. He hates adults, since he was heavily abused and mistreated by every adult in his life, especially his parents. His hatred and fear of adults is so bad that he and his friends actually committed genocide against them in their home town, with the goal of creating an adult-free children's paradise.

In Ryslig, he is a nymph and absolutely loves this fact. He's also a devout follower of the Fog God.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: At the end of this fog he'll be helping Jataro with his latest art project: a sacrifice diorama to the Fog God. It'll be good, gruesome fun for everyone except for the dead humans. Then later in the month, he'll be doing a temp change! He'll be spending a month as a kelpie and trying to cope with having a horse butt, swimming, and losing his connection to nature. The latter of which is going to become harder and harder to deal with as time goes on. He and Jataro are also still working on their "Turn Abandoned Dyster into Children's Paradise v2.0" project, but they'll probably realize within the next month or two that that's a terrible idea because Dyster is Hella Cursed and move on to plan b "Buy a City From Mana and Turn THAT Into Paradise".
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: So Nagisa's big, overarching goal is to get as many monsters as possible to change their mind about the Fog God. Not necessarily converting them (though he'll happily take anyone who's serious about swearing loyalty to Dyster) but just making them realize that she's not totally evil and we should all be more concerned about the Fourth God because look at this bullshit he keeps pulling. SO, anybody who's willing to hear The Logical and Loving Word of Fog Mom, hit me up. CR with people who are already Fog followers would also be great, because Nagisa is a very teamwork-oriented kid and WE'RE ALL A TEAM, GUYS. WE LOVE THE SAME GOD. Other than that, I'm down for whatever.
ANYTHING ELSE: I have an opt out here, since Another Episode covers a lot of touchy subjects and it does NOT take much for those subjects to come up in threads with Nagisa. It's kind of impossible to have CR with him without at least a mention of child abuse, and I don't want to make anyone uncomfortable so PLEASE let me know if there are any subjects in particular you want me to avoid, or if you just don't want me to tag you period.

As a head's up, my tagging speed may slow down even more in the upcoming months, since my coworker is going to be going on maternity leave at some point so we're going to be shorthanded and I'm having to take on most of her work in addition to my own. So please bear with me as I try to get all my shit sorted.

NAME: Revise
CHARACTERS: Asaka Narumi
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Asaka is a very skilled card gamer from a world where card games are basically a popular spectator sport, and the best players are treated accordingly. She has lots of badass circus skills, is very ambitious and proud of her accomplishments, but despite that is generally pretty friendly. She's also embarrassingly enamoured with the leader of her cardfighting organisation, Ren, who as the villain-turned-secondary rival is much more interested in ogling the protagonist and rival when they come his way. The struggle is real.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: HAHA WELL Asaka had Ren stripped out of enough of her memories during Fourth Wall that she essentially completely forgot him. Given that's one of the main reasons she's so afraid of dying here (forgetting something important like that), she's not going to be taking it terribly well. I'm also interested in having her run into some of the people who fed off her - she definitely isn't going to be pleased with them, but she can relate to being driven to extremes by monster hunger.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: As above, her running into people who fed off her during Fourth Wall, or some of her regular CR noticing exactly how Not Well she's taking this whole memory feeding aftermath.
ANYTHING ELSE: A combination of university and general family fuckery severely limited my tagging ability at this game this month - I didn't foresee it being as bad as it turned out, and I'm sorry for that. I should be caught up tomorrow, and from there hopefully things will smooth out again.

NAME: Naem
CHARACTERS: Marco Evangelisti
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Marco is the former CEO of a Microsoft-esque computer company who had to kill his dad in self-defense one day. He didn't have to burn all the evidence and keep it to himself, but he did, and he feels guilty about it to this day. He feels guilty about a lot of things, including his recent failure to save literally everyone in Ryslig, which is something he actually hoped to do. He has a few issues... but he's starting to work on them, hopefully.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: He'll be turning back into a mer in this changelog! I'll put up a top level in the next couple of days and hopefully tag around some too, so that's that. Aside from that, he's gonna be... recovering from a very rough month that took a lot out of him, mentally speaking. He genuinely wants to make amends, but he's having a very hard time accepting that the Fourth God is fucking shit up because, welp, this has been his life for like two years now. He's had his reality called into question enough times without this being added into the mix. Still, I'm hoping he'll get his shit back together, little by little.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: BOY uhhh. It's hard to say this time around, since I don't have very concrete plans aside from "recovery". New friends (or enemies, since he's admitted to the role he played in last month's events) would be welcome. I'm also interested in getting him to accept that it's okay to like being a mer without hating every second of his existence on principle because he's got to kill people for a living, so mer CR (or CR with monsters who are at peace with themselves, generally speaking) could be pretty good for that! Plus, nerdy CR is always great. Let the squid feel joy about computers again.

ANYTHING ELSE: So my timezone is GMT, which I know can be tricky to work with sometimes, but I always do my best to do tags at least once a day (with occasional hiccups when life does something unexpected and occasional speedups when I'm in the mood). CHARACTERS: Dandy
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Dandy is an ex-alien hunter/professional manchild/omnipresent figure who is generally unpleasant to be around and yet somehow also the world's biggest softie. In Ryslig he's a dolphin now. Amazing.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: HE GOT THE ALOHA OE BACK!! ...Kind of! Instead of a giant spaceship, it got turned into an old school volkswagen bus because no one is safe from changes around here. Even though he's upset, he'll be using it to haul some pals over for a beach trip. If you're interested, hit me up!
Other than that, just barely running his titty bar and enjoying the mermaid life.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: As always, any and all mer/swim friend CR is loved. That's really the only specific thing I can think of, I love all sorts of CR both positive and negative so have at me. Dandy is also a big fan of the Fog God, although has yet to actually become a follower. ...Mostly because he's a stubborn asshole who only "follows" himself, so if you like a good struggle, there's that! I can't guarantee that he'd ever join up, especially not right away, but I do like playing with the idea.

NAME: Usagi
CHARACTERS: Reira Akaba, Noa Kaiba, Loki, Espurr
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS:

REIRA is a recent Priest(ess) to the Fourth God, a kelpie with mechanized wings who can actually bring people underwater for about four hours. She's 9 years old, and rather ferociously stands by Never Lying Ever (directly at least). Recently she got a curfew so that means I can't tag anyone outside the hill house in the evening periods I guess (-SHRUGS-). Reira's got a rather touchy backstory, and I do try to bring warnings up if something comes forward, but if I get caught up in the thread and something happens that's bugging you, say something! It's never fun to go through a thread hitting topics you didn't want to hit after all. Over all, Reira is generally rather optimistic, if not curiously straight forward in her logic.

NOA is a tier 3 follower to the Fog, current Co-Director if Liewen Labs with AM (Noa in particular covers the main Bavan branch), anddd once September 7th rolls around, a 21 year old with a 13 year old body. Still a kid with kid interests, as much as he tries to stay Very Mature About Things though. Noa is a manticore, and stuck on al fours, which he's still sort of getting used to at this point...he's also Very Dead in his home world, and would like to stay in Ryslig thank you very much. Noa also has a few pets, including a normal pooch he tends to (try to) take for walks. He also generally tries to be the most POLITE if he can-though it doesn't take a lot to get him irritated.

LOKI is a slime and fog follower, not that he's very public about the latter-if anything he's taking advantage of being a slime in order to keep that secret. Being among the first two after all, there's no one who can really say what is or isn't possible for normal slimes! Loki lives in the tree from Adventure Time (his former roomie was Flame Princess, who bought the place) with Egon, just north that little woods in the middle of Ryslig. He's also now a cop with L's taskforce and prison, so CRIMINALS BEWAREEEEEE!! At this point, Loki is 14, and will probably seem to stay 14 unless growing up like. Idk adds small portions of slime to his being somehow. Loki swears a lot, and speaks with a street london accent as determined by video games, so expect a lot of 'mates' and 'loves' depending on who he's talking to. Also, having been the local exposition character in Bayonetta 2, he talks a lot! YAY.

ESPURR, the former pokemon turned human turned TROLL is a very neutral 12 year old girl, who I guess will probably turn 13 in like. December or something. Espurr lives in Bavan and generally just walks around at night poking into everyone's business, because ~She doesn't have anything better to do~. She lives with Robbie, Draco, and Harry, as well as an NPC named Mr. Tarn (who's supergreat ok). Espurr is a rather cunning little girl despite having more morally positive intentions in mind, and has a fairly strong interest in more occult matters, so don't be surprised if she isn't batting an eye at most nonsense in the area.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING:

REIRA just got a curfew and such, and also it's September, so she'll be starting homeschooling again. So mostly she's settling back into casual time stuff-swimming in the lake, playing in the park, wandering around when she's allowed...not much is going on with Reira, so this is pretty much the best time to get in on her for something (she's having a Few talks with other characters about this priest nonsense for example)

NOA is on a cool down to focus on some CR; his apartment was recently remodeled to suit him better, and also his CR keeps getting into shit (Hi, Judai). He might also be working on something for the Fog but...well that's a 'pending' matter, so beyond that it's All Work and....some play, because otherwise he's just too dull a boy. Also, maybe a birthday will happen who knows.

LOKI meanwhile is equally set on the casual but talking front, as most of what he's doing is breaking in the shapeshifting ability he couldn't really work with before. But now that his body is all done and coloured, it's time for him to come into his shiny shiny slime powers (and extras). Most likely he'll have some kind of god talk with Egon too, so that's a thing. Otherwise...Very free for chatter!

ESPURR will possibly be getting a job with the Cat Cafe, or at the very least having a good chat about how she can NOT talk to cats, thank you. Other than that, Espurr is sort of my default coasting muse, and...REALLY doesn't have any plans.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN:

REIRA is someone who could use some more casual threads-which probably sounds silly but the fact is she HAS had a lot of people in serious talks, and it's good to have something to balance me out there. Beyond that, Fresh New CR is a very big desire on her. Maybe someone to go exploring with her? Also, I need a good excuse for her to pull out her updated Fog Mode, so that's a thing.

NOA has plenty of negative and positive CR but you know what hasn't happened somehow? Dying. Dying hasn't happened. It's pretty hard when he's basically immortal, but there we are. So anyway dying is something I'd be down to have happen suffice to say.

LOKI just needs more to do in general-he has plenty going off on the side, but nottttt too much for activity on the 'plotty' front. He could use some reforged CR ties and some new CR ties too for that matter. He just needs to do more basically.

ESPURR could also do more, but I can't think of what I'd want for Espurr....Ahhhhh I apologizeeee

ANYTHING ELSE: Like I said above, sometimes a thread swerves before I've really caught on to what needs a warning, and if that happens, just give me a shout, and I'll fix that right up! That aside, Reira in particular has a surprisingly dark backstory with elements of child abuse and child soldiers, so feel free to opt out of that sort of things ahead of time here.

CHARACTERS: Sandrath aka Xander
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: A former arch-angel who was abandoned by his prior species and returned the favor by betraying them. He was enjoying his new life as a fallen arch-angel until his old mentor showed up. Their reunion didn't go well. Not long after that, he ends up at Ryslig as a human before turning in to a shade.

He currently works as a carpenter (most of his work can be seen in Sanctuary & Vandare) and a bouncer/enforcer/occasional overseer at the Devil's Nest in Djävulenstad. San was aligned with the 4th god back in April 2015, which lasted for several months before he broke ties after an event involving a friend from home. He's currently neutral and not interested in joining either side despite having a rune from the mountain god. He can usually be found around Vandare, Djävulenstad or Bavan.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Working and still not pleased with the gods for turning people in to angels/Nephilim.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I'm usually game for positive or negative type scenarios. Interactions or confrontations from 4th God followers or others who have a rune from the mountain god or have become angels/Nephilim. Possibly bonding with any other supernatural beings (previously or currently adjusting to their new changes), but that might go awry depending on his mood at the time.

ANYTHING ELSE: I have an Opt-Out Post for him, if you're not comfortable with him discussing morbid or sexual things. As for my tagging schedule, I try to get to them as soon as I can (afternoons to late night, central timezone/CST) but I've been slower due to working from my tablet while I work on getting my computer repaired. CHARACTERS: Gregg
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Gregg is an excitable flaily punk from a dying mining town with a passion for petty crimes and vandalism. He's been trying to turn his life around for he and his boyfriend when oops his best friend moves back from college and a whole bunch of other far more ominous stuff happens. He works basically as a switch as either Reeeally on or reaaally off.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Being a monster will be cool, cause it's not so different from what he was before. He's not gonna be real excited about the killing to live thing though or the fact that people swear allegiances to god. Given that he's had really unpleasant dealings with a cult, he's not gonna be real happy with this Fourth/Fog God business! So he'll be trying to find a way to justify eating-to-live crap and just basically not succumb to real bad homesickness. Oh and probably find a band.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Hey if your character is cool with breaking some stuff or doing something really stupid, they should hang out with Gregg. Gregg is the king of getting into really stupid stunts. Also friendly knife fights, if they're into that. Also Gregg clashing with the Fog/Fourth God people would be real interesting given the reasons above.
ANYTHING ELSE: Night in the Woods deals with a lot of heavy stuff like mental illness and abuse, so if that's a problem when talking with Gregg let me know cause the mental illness stuff is a part of his character.

CHARACTERS: Rohan Kishibe & Mari Ohara
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Rohan is Bavan's resident goofball tailor naga. He's a mangaka back home and an artist, tailor, author, life-ruiner, and adopter of the new kids here in Ryslig. He has the personality of a handful of glass but can be soft if you respect his personal space. He's a third-tier Fog God follower who is presently working on achieving priesthood and a permanent monster change.

Mari is an ex-idol and Rich Kid who is Rohan's polar opposite! She's bubbly, sweet, and kind of childish. She is turning into a Nephilim at the moment and having a Hell of a time. She presently lives in Castle Mirai and works at the Triple T and Dandy's Terrible Bar.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Rohan is getting his shit back together after last month. He's going to be pretty chill and riding things out for a while since his main goal is to do his priesthood homework. Also compromising Snurch and smoking weed. So anything with him is open! SEE BELOW FOR SOMETHING SPECIFIC, PLEASE.

Mari is working on opening a bakery!! She will start getting sensitivity to darkness down the line but overall her stuff is kind of up in the air!
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: FOR ROHAN, I'M LOOKING FOR FOURTHIES/GENERAL PEOPLE WHO WANT TO DIE. His priesthood request is to do something as an act of love and he is going to need the hearts of three or so people who are alright with dying-- everyone can apply but Fourthies are preferred (Eddie already volunteered but I need a couple more) for a Project involving body part symbolism. If you're interested in having your guys mutilated and probably tortured while conscious by a snake man, please let me know asap so I can get details set and make a log and a PM.

Mari like I said is working a lot and wanting a bakery. She also might be interested in feeling out a small idol group to perform here and there for fun as a branch off of the music club.

CHARACTERS: Liquid Snake, Wrench

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Liquid: A clone son of the so-called greatest soldier of the 20th century and never very happy about it. He's also kind of a villain where he comes from, having held some people and a bipedal tank hostage, but hey, he had his reasons. Now he's a merman, and he's pretty well-settled, but also kind of restless. At least his family doesn't exactly have a legacy around here.

Wrench: A hacker/engineer/anarchist previously living in San Francisco. He's weird, wild, and dangerous, always wearing a mask to hide from facial recognition. The mask, however, is also there to hide his insecurities and whatnot and he's not a happy camper without it. Here he's a wendigo who's way more on the zombie side than the deer side, and while he still wants to get the hell out of here, he's having fun with what he's become.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Liquid: He's a little annoyed with the whole fourth god setback thing because the whole reason he got involved is because he wants to fight the fog god and this isn't exactly helping. What did he get himself involved with all of this for anyway? (Persuasion, that's what.) So he's keeping an eye out for what's going on next.

Wrench: He just sees everything that happened as a good reinforcement of what he's been saying the whole time: all this god shit sucks, anarchy, blah blah blah. He's got himself a freelance position with the labs, though, mainly for the purposes of getting himself a new computer to fuck with (after getting too attached to his own). Freelance isn't corporate it's okay. He's always very willing to fuck things up somehow, though.


SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Liquid: Nothing really specific I'm looking for at the moment, just gotta see what happens.

Wrench: So far he hasn't found out about his weakness to fire yet. I want this to happen. Perhaps involving death by setting himself on fire. Someone play 'make shit explode' with him (preferably close to a fog, of course, 'cause I don't want him completely out of commission too long). Otherwise, techy stuff is always fun.

CHARACTERS: Hamel (this journal) and Raynie (atjourneysend)

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS:
Raynie is a cheerful young woman, tactless and implusive but fiercely loyal to the ones she trusts. She used to be a mercenary and has been fighting since childhood, which she's sick of, but of course she can't get the normal life she wants in Ryslig. She's a gargoyle.

Hamel is a selfish, greedy, abrasive asshole. Technically a world-saving hero but with a personality so awful you'd think he's one of the bad guys. Hides a secret heart of gold somewhere, but you'd have to dig REALLY deep and who knows if he hadn't pawned it off already. He's turning into a pooka.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING:
Raynie had it hard the last two months, so now she's into just living the moment because who knows when it'll go to hell again.

Hamel will continue his pooka changes, hate it but still abuse it however he can.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN:
Raynie: More friends! I'd love her find people to do stupid reckless thing with. Also more responsible people to tell her NOT to do the stupid thing. ~Adventures~ of any sort are always fun. I want her to get the ability to influence humans and have go it spectacularly wrong because she doesn't bother to watch her mouth. Also, I'm considering having her join the Fog God but still unsure how to go about it.

Hamel:
• Negative CR: The default with Hamel tbh. It's super easy with him and always fun. Silly prank wars, mutual hatefests, serious stuff, it all goes. I also want him to die enough to lose some memories so uh. He can annoy the wrong person?
• Friends: I'd love for him to make at least a couple. He works best with kind forgiving types, chill people who'll ignore his temper instead of pushing back, or equally awful people he can bond with over bring a greedy asshole. He's also good for coaxing quiet, shy types out of their shells by getting them into stupid shenanigans.
• Monster stuff: Hamel is half-human half-mazoku who wants to be human, so he has a buttload of issues about being a monster even without Ryslig. He's a unique existence in his world and used to be hated for it, so it'd be interesting to find people he can empathize with/help him with it. On the lighter side, I want him to get shapeshifting and/or tracking ability and use it to mess with people, so if anyone's up for ~shenanigans~ it'll be great.

ANYTHING ELSE: I was on hiatus for August and looking forward to get back into things. My plurk is sillysymphony. I'm a slow tagger due to my timezone, but I try to keep up. Usually slower on weekends.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: He spent the better part of a month feeding off memories and roughing it instead of finding a place to stay because he didn't want to feed on anyone else. It didn't work but y'know, the thought was there. Now he's turning into a werebear! He just found a place to stay for a bit but he still needs to find a job
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I'd like him to talk to the people he fed off! Also was interested in gathering fellow werebears for a fishing club thing, where basically everyone finds a stream and catches salmon and has a good time. Also more CR in general would be nice, I'll take negative or positive! He really likes the cat cafe and can be found there a lot just petting the cats because it relaxes him
ANYTHING ELSE: Trigger warnings are: suicidal ideology/thoughts, slavery, heavy drinking, murder of children/sick/elderly and mercy killing a pregnant woman. I personally am not offended by anything really but if that changes it'll go in my permissions!

NAME: Inigo
CHARACTERS: Lucas Baker (1019), Josh Washington (goregies), Mettaton (mettatronic)

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Lucas is a rowdy vampire hailing from black sheephood in a wholesome Louisiana family turned crew of mass-murdering cannibals. He's got a playful, mischievous, and cruel nature and a fascination with the dangerous and morbid, which marries with his prodigious knack for engineering to turn him into a weapons- and trap-making master who's fond of deadly games - and which he's been overjoyed to be able to indulge and bask in in Ryslig!

Josh is a faerie! Apart from a neurotic streak and a lonely nature under a dry-to-jokey demeanor, he's your average lowbrow college-age party kid and horror film buff, and when he's fully "on", though he can be a bit of a prankster with a less-than-classy sense of humor, he makes it his duty to be a spreader of good times to the people around him.

Mettaton is, as of today, another vampire! He's a multitalented performer and top-of-the-line superstar who was made to entertain and be adored - and doesn't he know it. He adores himself and thrives on attention, seldom thinks to tone himself down, and can be a bit one-track-minded and willing to fight dirty with regards to going for what he wants - but he's ultimately a positive and bright-minded soul who does deeply own, treasure, and aim to do the best manning possible with his ability to delight others, especially his admirers.

WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING:

Lucas is likely to be spending more time in Dyster in the coming month to further scope out the benefits and acquisition thereof of having allied with the Fog - and since news re: what was going on in August, he is going to consider himself as having some impersonal stake in the god conflict. (He loves being a monster and never wants to leave the peninsula!) Other than that, he's going to be up to his usual basement-torture, murder, and body-dumping-at-friend's-house schtick along with ruminating on an additional outlet/direction of focus for his building in the form of becoming a less-conventional arms dealer.

Josh has been trying to pull himself together since finding out that his old friends were in Ryslig while he... wasn't and thereby missed the chance to have some very important catch-ups with him - finding that his family's lodge is by the lake has made things simultaneously worse and better; these days, he's just kind of flitting around Bavan trying to do something, keep himself distracted, which is looking like it might be leading to him biting the bullet and going down, ah... troublesome roads.

Mettaton is going to be praying to god that he isn't turning into something not-very-humanoid (he thinks humans are cool, and has always wanted to look the way he did on his arrival!) - once he finds out he's going vampire, he'll warm up to the idea quickly. As for his non-change-related status, he'll be working as a model and aesthetic advisor to Rohan at Ebony Threads, while also trying to get his career going again in music and acting.

SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I'm always down for anything Lucas can get good and roused about (be it conflict, him having opportunity to "do his thing", partners-in-crime shenanigans/ruckus, trouble on either end of CR, etc.), and I am all for wading Josh further into sketchy waters. Meanwhile, with Mettaton I definitely am looking forward to him living the celebrity life again, at least in spirit - he'll be all over Bavan spending his money like money ain't shit at charming-enough local establishments to sample the current state of the arts, and if you play a character who performs or wishes to or might like to start a band, he'd be all over getting a chance to meet them!

ANYTHING ELSE: Because all three of these fellas come from easily-spoilable canons and can have somewhat over-the-top personalities (plus Lucas's and Josh's deal with some potentially unpleasant/touchy themes), each of them has in-journal opt-out post - comment screening is on!

In addition, after the moving-slowdown I hit in August, I'm going to be starting September off mmmmostly fresh - there are still a few particular key threads and logs I know I'll be tagging back, and feel free to let me know if you'd like to be sure any particular thread keeps going!

CHARACTERS: Matsuoka Rin
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Rin is a fluffy harpy who presents himself as far more of a badass than he actually is. He loves competition (especially swimming) and helping others realize their passions. He's not one to shy away from teasing, but he tries to keep things from getting too vicious. He's also a bit of an analyst and prefers to plan rather than jumping right into things. Unless they involve Haruka because then all bets are off. He can come across as rough in his speech, but he genuinely does care about people, especially his friends. Oh yeah, and he ABSOLUTELY HATES THE GODS and has dismissive opinions about most of their followers, with a few exceptions.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Rin currently runs the general store and maintains the archives in Hijikata's stead. When he's not in his shop, he's helping Haruka with the Triple T or SWIMMING. In his spare time, he plots against the gods.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I am slowly but surely trying to build a neutral resistance against the gods. Rin mostly just wants to fuck with their plans and stop people from joining them by giving newcomers an alternative.
ANYTHING ELSE: I'm EST so I'm almost never going to be around when most people in this game are actively playing. (Curse you, foreign timezones!) I am slow and kind of flakey because I get really thrown off by bad world news and can't function. Or sometimes I'm just really tired after work. I'm much more reliable on most weekends. I'm trying to work on this, but so far it hasn't gone that well. Oh and I really really really hate violence to pets.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: on the surface, a rainbow sparkledog galactic idol who's completely full of himself. secretly, an ex-goth traitorous snake in the grass who's completely full of himself. has absolutely wretched fashion sense either way. also, he's a troll (literal) now, i guess.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: i need to confer with kari on this, but depending on how his and madoka's dyster adventure goes he will proooobably be throwing his lot in with the fog god soon! other than that he is just sort of a lazy freeloader, though i'm hoping to get that fixed.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: uhhh well. shuzo has spent the past few months being completely insufferable to everyone he's met so i would sort of like him to get completely owned soon. knock him down a few pegs and such. anything up to and including killing would be fine, pre-existing or newly founded negative CR would be fine... <:3 i'm flexible here. more negative CR in general would also be good and is pretty easy to get (he's an asshole).

he also needs more... actual friends... so if there's anyone out there who can actually tolerate his particular brand of bullshit long enough to get somewhere more meaningful, please hmu.

CHARACTERS: Haruka Nanase
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS: Haruka is a quiet eccentric nymph who keeps to himself and Rin, normally. He's become more jaded from his time in Ryslig and he wasn't the most optimistic in the first place, but lately he's been hoping to find some kind of way to help others in what ways he can, as he does want to help people who are hurting. He ended up as the owner of the Typhon Theater and though he is basically the opposite of the usual idea of who owns a place like that, it can be used as part of a plan. A somewhat slow plan but yeah it'll get there.
WHAT YOUR CHARACTER(S) WILL BE DOING: Doing Typhon Theater stuff (disregard the employee section), recruiting new people, struggling with business stuff. He's also working on mascot outfits for people to wear and advertise for him.
SCENARIOS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Like with Rin, more conspiring against gods is something that gets his attention. Ongoing plot stuff like that. Less serious is the idea that the Triple T, known mostly for being a bawdy burlesque, might have a dramatic musical. Idek that idea amuses me.
ANYTHING ELSE: I am not a fast tagger and occasionally (too often) I've dropped some threads when trying to keep up with current threads. But I'm completely fine with any message that you want to continue a thread if you like. I tend to make mingle posts for the theater so people can interact around in it.
