apparently a lot has happened since nico last saw percy, which in retrospect doesn't seem that long ago. it may be winter back home but, as nico dimly notices, it doesn't seem to be here. what's more, he's pretty sure he can feel the pressure of a camp bead necklace digging into his collar bone as percy hugs him. so... that seems pretty legit. still, nico is a suspicious person by nature and once his senses seem to stop reeling, he pushes at the form wrapped around him and gives percy a speculative glare. ]
