[Kurama's noticed that short of the general help he had recieved at the hospital, he is being treated with barely more than contempt by the locals in this place. Well...maybe contempt was a severe way of putting it. But he definitely senses that the people who live here do not trust or seek familiarity in newcomers like himself.
Honestly though, he has much bigger problems to worry about. With no ability to harness his youki or any explanation as to why, he is left simply in his weak human form; unable to transform, manipulate plants to do his will, and most importantly...he cannot fight or heal like a demon.
It's not a good situation.
For now, he walks throughout Vandare, quietly observing others and greeting whoever deems him worth speaking to. It's usually a newcomer like himself, but he's open to any conversation while he assesses his situation.]

Scenario 3 -- MANTICORE (it was fitting haha...) [Warning for sorta graphic transformation]
[In all his time as either a demon or a human, Kurama had suffered injury, self-inflicted or otherwise, and been driven to near death. He tended to grade things--perhaps with a sardonic inner smirk--based on past experiences.
He finds that now, he's unable to find a proper experience to compare this pain to. He can literally feel his bones shifting. Transforming into his fox form has never brought him this much pain; this has to have something to do with why he is here. He's not stupid. He does not belong.
All of this time...I should have known there was something!
The thought is coherent, but it's his last one before the pain levels become too much. There's a burning, itchy sensation across the backs of his arms; it's only momentarily distracting, as the more immediate pain of his hands becomes an issue. That's where he can feel the bones moving, twisting, and as he turns his hands over, he can see bubble-like blisters rising on the tips of his fingers.
Then his head is aching so badly he couldn't care less about how his fingers look, only that they go to his head, to try to alleviate the pain. He doesn't even register if he's making any noise at that point..
Eventually, the pain does come to an end. Kurama takes a deep breath, hands on the ground--when did he get on the ground, what happened? He must have blacked out. It's an irrelevant factor, all that matters now is that the pain is done, and he needed to assess. His first assessment? It's actually made by refocusing his senses.]
...Well now, that's not new, but it is vaguely surprising.
[He tilts his head and looks up a little, angling one triangular ear downward. He assumes its foxlike, as usual, because his peripheral vision does not allow for actually seeing it.]
Alright, there's that. What else has changed, then?
[He looks at his hands. Oh. That is entirely new. He now has entirely furred hands, and those blisters were not blisters. They were paw pads on each digit, as well as his palm. The fur, unlike his previously red hair, is silver.]
I'm starting to think this is a bad reaction to not being able to access my youki for so long. I certainly hope not, because I have no experience in reversing it.
[He sighs. A thought occurs to him, and he turns to look behind him. Yep. There it was, that silvery bottlebrush mess.]
Ah look, the tail too it seems--isn't that a bit long for a fox?
[[OOC: I'm not quite sure what I'm doing here, this is my first actual test drive. Feel free to find him at any prompt! First one he looks like the red-haired Kurama, second one he looks like Youko Kurama with cat-paws, cat ears, and a bottlebrush cat tail, all of which can still be mistakenly taken for fox tail and ears, but not the paws. Oops.]]
