In fact, where he lays on the ground, the space where his chest would be if it were more solid is in fact occupied by a length of snake tail. If Robbie is confused and terrified, so is the naga he just (literally) stumbled into. Fiddleford lets out a squawk and drops his wrench, which clatters to the floor and skids away under a table. It's fine. Gregory can get it later. For now, he's more worried about this mystery teenager.
