She opens her mouth, closes it, too busy trying to work out whether or not it could possibly be the same pair of brothers to care how stupid she has to look. Like a fish, probably. A stunned stupid fish that can't possibly believe in a coincidence this big.
She almost asks immediately about the boy-- if it was Wirt, was the boy wearing a stupid hat? But Beatrice stops herself. It's not priority. She needs to know about the curse, not this girl's social circle. And.... and it couldn't possibly have been Wirt, there's no way this was the other girl he mentioned ages ago. If he knew how to break a curse that causes cannibalism he would have said something. Beatrice shakes her head, takes a second to regain her composure before resuming the questions.
