[At the other boys approach and initial question Edd forced a polite smile, ready to answer with 'of course I'm human, what else would I be?', but as the other boy went on, Edd's smile fell into a puzzled frown.]

[A "yaknow"? He was fairly certain he didn't know. And that description sounded suspiciously like a devil.]

I'm...afraid I haven't seen anyone quite fitting that description. I certainly am human, though. At least, for now, if these pamphlets are to be believed.

[The slightly forced smile is back, as he holds up some of the pamphlets for emphasis. By the tone of his voice, he doesn't quite believe what the leaflets are trying to sell him.]
