[ In some ways, this is harder. It's harder to recognize Steve because Steve is caught like a photograph in his mind. Peggy he's seen recently, different shirts, different skirts, different bras under different shirts (and yes he notices and no, he'd never tell her). She's a living, breathing, changing person, and apparently here, she's a living, breathing, changing creature. But Steve wasn't supposed to change. Steve is... different. Steve'd always been different. That's why it takes him a moment. That's why he has to catch the eyes, the shape of that smile. He has to kick his heart back into beating the same way because once he knows who it is--
