SCENE 1 --yyeah and you know what I think of your pamphlets? [not even one hour into her arrival and Shego is already taking her anger and frustration out on a poor, well-meaning native. she's holding the pamphlet up, and initially, she starts in an oh-so-saccharine-sweet, oh-so-sarcastic tone, complete with a strained smile.
for a moment, the native who's only trying his darnedest not to be eaten in the future, smiles hopefully in turn, but that moment is ruined as Shego takes the pamphlet and tears it to shreds in seconds, throwing the newly-made confetti violently at the man.]

[she balls her hands into fists; this would be the moment where she'd flare her powers up but it's still not coming for her and it only seems to add to her agitation. so instead she just...stomps her foot against the fallen pieces to punctuate her point, grinds her heel into the dirt, and walks off.
it's relatively tame for someone like her, but a few others who have seen the display kind of take a mental note to not give her any more hand outs. to the poor few who didn't see her display and don't get out of her way in time, well, you're going to get bumped into. so idk pick your poison; either way it's green.]
